Can someone help me? Hello?" I finally locked eye with an employee and I pointed at the cashier and asked for help. She proceeded to roll her eyes and hang her head back, then slammed her merchandise down. She stormed towards me...... then past me. She proceeded around the corner and started to publicly berate another coworker. That coworker came to check us out. He wouldn't make eye contact or respond back to me. Receipt was thrown in the bag and he proceeded to walk away, hopefully to cry because that was humiliating

However, I went into this location, cause Im hardly at Arbor place and I had saved some items on my shopkick app that I wanted to view at Old Navy and could tell from the outside of the store that this location was neatly organized. This location is actually inside the mall, and that may be the norm for some of you, but I'm use to most Old Navy stores either being stand alone stores, or in a strip mall. My interaction at this location was the best ever at a Old Navy. A worker named Nick immediately greeted me and began to assist me locate the items I was looking for. We were unable to find one item in particular and he searched the computer and said that there was one in the store, we looked for it for a while and I gave up and exited the store. About a minute later Nick walked up to me in the mall and said, he found the shirt. I was shocked that he even continue to look for the shirt after I left the store. Probably the best Old Navy interaction I've ever experienced. Upper level of mall on Dillards Wing.

When I brought back the shirt I get had a hard stance "there is nothing we can do" they didn't even look at the dollar amount spent on my account or try to accommodate. The blonde haired female manager was rude however didn't take the time to resolve instead gave me some unrelated stories that had nothing to with me. They have nice clothes but do not standby them. The owner and her mother were there, and they were busy as can be ironing clothes and making things nice in the store. It is a fully equipped store with an actual showroom full of very nice high-quality clothes for women, men and children, shoes, accessories, home décor, furniture and stationery as well. The accessories were remarkable with a vintage purse collection you would not believe. One of the purses that I purchased was not vintage at all--the purse had jewel protectant seals on it affixed appropriately that I had to peel off myself. I have a thing for old things being repurposed and this store is a hot bed for it. Oh, the places this store will go.
