I've been coming to this location since they opened. Today, 7/5/2026, customer service was trash. The person greeting was very polite. However, I start looking around and asked 2 workers if they could tell me when the sale was ending, one of them sized me up and then answered with such sarcasm that whenever they ran out and kind of turned her back. She wore a name tag that read "firecracker". She was a black woman with a lot of jewelry and short hair. Seemingly the "lead" for the day, who I later found out was named Tee, was with her when I asked and didn't respond much better. Nonetheless, I let it go because people need their jobs. Get to the register and "firecracker" was there again oozing attitude and sass. Again, you're free to be you, but her attitude was disgusting and she truly seemed to be working to emulate the name "firecracker". As I was leaving I asked the greeter to speak with a manager and it was Tee. As I spoke, she's just looking at me as if to say "what do you want me to do". I said if you're not the right person then I will contact the manager. She finally responded with a "thanks for letting me know". They need to get it together because there are many who need a job and are willing to act like they have some sense. read more

This location is super small. The staff were friendly, and they also helped as needed to locate items. However, I did notice that this location didn't have a lot of items that I was looking for at the time. SUPER clean and organized inside. Of course it smelled delicious inside as well. I stopped in one freezing cold, rainy Friday night. I parked in the underground garage and made my way over to the store. It was their annual candle sale, so the store was absolutely packed despite the fact we're in a pandemic. Why they lose a star - I didn't see any signage requiring masks nor did they have sanitizer out for public use, despite the fact they sell it. They didn't limit capacity and knowing this is their biggest sale weekend of the year, they should have limited the amount of people they let in at once. Customers were on top of each other, reaching over each other, craziness as if it were a normal world. This is especially problematic because the way most people decide what to buy in this store is by smell, so it requires one to pull down their mask. The selection was good, they had adequate stock anticipating the high amount of traffic they'd receive. There wasn't any scent that I wanted that I couldn't get, I was satisfied with my selections. They did have a good setup as far as waiting in line for the registers and had all of them open so the line moved quickly. The cashiers were friendly and I had no complaints about customer service. Overall, I will visit this store again without thinking twice. read more

Jerry was absolutely horrible to work with. He didn't greet me and then proceeded to give me the hardest time when trying to redeem my reward item emailed to me. He tried to force me into downloading the app. Although, I have never previously had to do such thing to redeem. He was rude, snobby, and unpleasant. His demeanor was not welcoming or easy to work with at all. I logged into my account to provide him the scan barcode which didn't expire until August of this year 2025 and he proceeded to try to tell me it was "already used" I couldn't use it. Which was a bold face lie because the app said it was active valid and usually until 8/8/25 and I was clearly aware I haven't used it. After I went back and forth with him that I'm a consistent client and I know how this works when I get a free reward he finally does the reward transaction and gives me my item. He was either trying to just not give me my reward item or use it for himself. Such horrible experience makes me not want to go back if he will be there. read more

I came here for the first time on candle day! It was very very crowded but the customer service was GREAT, they checked in the back for candles to make sure the candle customers wanted was not completely sold out. They were very helpful keeping the line moving and making sure customers still shopping had openings in the lines to go through while they continued their shopping. They also made sure every candle they had was stocked, it was an unbelievable operation and everyone was very friendly even with being there since the wee hours of the morning! I 've been to this location at Atlantic Station multiple times and usually during the holiday season. It's located across from H&M and next to Victoria's Secret. Every interaction that I've ever had has always been very positive, the employees are very helpful. Today was no exception. As soon as i walked in i was greeted but a smile and warm welcome. I was asked if i needed assistance and i actually did. I needed travel size products for an upcoming trip. The associate recommended a few scents and shared their specials. I had no idea that the travel size products are always 3 for 12.50. I also ended up registering my email and received a wallflower holder for free with the purchase of one. It was a pleasant shopping experience. For the few that have traveled to this location, parking in the deck is free for the first two hours or there is metered parking. read more

I really like this location. It's big and easy to find what you are looking for. When they have huge sales it's more like a zoo in there and you can be waiting in line for at least 15min. The employees here for the most part are very nice & eager to help you find something. This weekend the guy working the front door spent about 10min looking for a particular candle I wanted which I thought was super sweet. I didn't care to much that they "gave" me a shopping bag upon entering the store then during checkout I saw they charged me $1.50 for it and I told the chick to take that off I am fine w/ the free paper bag. I went on to tell her they should inform people that the bags are $1.50 before giving them to us right when we walk in. She was like well there is a sign saying they cost. I told her we (customers) are not looking at a sign if they are putting it in our hands as soon as we come through the door. Anyhoo she was a little rude and I feel like bath & bodyworks were trying to sneak another $1.50 out of people. Other than that love this location. I usually park on the street & put $1 in the meter. On 1/13/2021 I visited a store in another county and made a purchase totaling $56.30. I had a $10 coupon that I left at home so the associate told me that I could just take my receipt to the closest store and do a price adjustment. I wasn't sure I would find the same scents at another store so I bought the products. On 1/21/2021 I went to this store in Presidential Market and as I entered the store the associate in the front greeted me very politely and I explained to her what I need which she told me I was within the two weeks of the time period to get my adjustment so just head to the register and someone will assist me. There was no one on line , just one person being checked out. An associate was cleaning and she went to the register and told me she could help so I went over to her and explained to her that I needed a price adjustment and I spoke to the person at the door who instructed me what to do. I must say I didn't know and still doesn't know their policies because I never had any reason to do any other transactions other than making purchases. Well little did I know that the associate was prepared to make my visit one of the worst visits in my more the 20 years shopping at Bath and BodyWorks. The first thing she did was letting me know the coupon is expired and they do not take expired coupon. I explained to her the associate at the door was aware and said there is a two weeks period after purchase that it can be done and she insisted in making it clear that they do not do that. I told her to get her manager and she called Nick on the walkie. She went on to tell him that my coupon was expired and she told me that they can not do a price adjustment because of that. He looked at the receipt and coupon and told her that because my purchase was done before the coupon was expired YES the adjust can be done. Well she wanted to make sure she found another way to make sure I still didn't get an adjustment. Now she rang up the products and there she told me all she can give me back was $51.03. My total before tax was $52.62 with taxes $56.30 and because of the county there was a difference in the taxed. She explained that there is NO WAY to adjust the taxes so I will have to take the lesser amount. Again call your manager I have done retail and that is not accurate. Nick came up and looked annoyed he told me that if I wanted the exact amount on the receipt I would have to go back to that location an hour and a half away. I explained to him there has to be a way to adjust the taxes since you CAN MANUALLY put the prices in do so for one of the products in order for the receipt to balance out. He said he doesn't want to hold back taxes. The dumbest thing I have ever heard. He gave no other solution but walked away which now gave the associate the right to be rude. I ask Nick for the general manager's name (Chrissy) before he walked away. After he left I ask the associate for her name and if the GM has a last name or email and she was very rude and sarcastic about it. Everything was "I don't know". So I ask her why was she so rude and Joanne started to argue with me saying she was not rude or sarcastic and to my surprise started getting loud in which I told her how unprofessional it was to even argue with the customer. I have never experienced such disturbing and unacceptable behavior with any sales associate. I was shocked. I left and came back with all the products. I did this because now I would like to know if the amount on my receipt was going to be short because of taxes now that it's a REFUND and not an adjustment. To my surprise I went to a different associate and she scanned the receipt and the total was exactly what I paid. After she was done I ask her to scan the products for me to repurchase them and it came out $18.01 less, even saving more that the adjustment would be. To my point Bath and BodyWorks has a manger who has no knowledge of the store or procedures. No sales knowledge and the most important key NO customer service experience. He did not use any managerial skill which says he has no. A sad representation. This is concerning to say the least. read more

Once in a while I get fancy and buy a product from this store, most of the times when they have a promotion and you get one item free if you buy two. This time I was specifically looking for something ( a body scrub, for those of you wondering about it). The store is clean and organized and it's strategically located in Atlantic station, which sometimes mean that you have to park in the underground parking lot (which might be a downside if you just want to come in and out). The personnel here was very helpful and guided me to what i was looking for and then let me wandered on my own, which is always a plus. I don't like it when they stay on your back and keep talking... but that's just me. I place a order on 12/7/20 an still have not received it.I call to check on it they advised me that it was been sent back to the seller.On my tracking info it stated that it was scheduled to be sent back .The label was created by the tracking company an because of that i was advised that he could not cancel the request,although my package is still in ga(where i live).They informed me to call bbw customer service.
