They have a well edited accessory section, with selections from Angela Moore, A Tierney, Eliza B. and more. I had no idea that they carried all these brands, most of which I thought were only available via internet or in boutiques in larger cities. Well done, Lemon Twist. I wouldn't come here expecting any bargains, but for a preppy splurge in NE Florida, The Lemon Twist fits the bill!

There was an employee on the floor with a pile of clothes, trying them on her children. I wasn't greeted or told about the sale going on. I did purchase a cute outfit at a reasonable price. I had to pay for it while I straddled toys on the floor. They had no bags, so I gathered my purchase, stepped over the broom in the middle of the floor and left. Sad shopping experience.

Luckily we found a space and headed in. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by an associate that let us know what sales they had going on. I headed towards the back, found the shirt I had been eyeing, and was glad I decided to see it in person, because I opted to size up. The shirt was just as cute online as it was in person. When I was ready to pay, the other associate was super nice, provided my kiddo with a prize, and checkout was a breeze. Everything in the store was nicely organized and the staff were helpful.

Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.
