We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

I didn't think that they wanted to I asked for a sweatshirt that was on a mannequin because it was my size and wanted to do other shopping. The sales person handed it to me after I had to drag them out from behind the register area, cause they were talking to each other And he stood there and said well do you want to slip it on meaning out in the middle of everywhere, didn't ask me if he wanted me to see if they had something to go underneath. It didn't ask me if there was anything else. I wanted figured that was the only thing I was in there to get, and that was the end of it I wanted to try on a couple of other shirts couldn't find anybody to let me into a dressing room once again had to go and grab somebody from behind the register they were not checking anyone out and then I did want something to go under the sweatshirt. I'd find anybody to help me but when I did, it was hugely disappointing that they didn't have anything again in my size to go underneath the shirt. I said thank you. He points to one, then asked if I wanted to try on jeans, I said no. The guy said here ya go! And tried to hand me like 8 pairs of jeans. I got louder and said "No thank you!" I go up to the counter to check and girl was like "oh have you tried out this perfume? I love this one." And sprayed it on one of those paper things in my face. .... Again I say "Look. When I tried it on, it fit like a glove, which was exciting. It's always a 50/50 shot whether something fits me correctly. Luckily it looked just as good on the hanger as it did on me. I also got a collared shirt for my spouse, which was on sale online. When I headed to the cashier, I put my items on the counter the shirt and the dress rang up higher. I asked the cashier if they price match and he said that they do. So he matched the prices online, and also let me keep the hangers. It was a good experience!

I am really happy to see it as the last couple of years, wasn't so busy. Enjoying all the upgrades to the stores.The new looks and parking was pretty easy even though it was it was packed. Really enjoy this mega shopping area. Its good for Duval. They have a great collection of stores and eateries for everyones likes and needs.
