Their hours haven't been updated but they close at 7 pm during the weekdays now. Parking is always hard to find however this is the closest location to me. I try to make it work but this location is always a let down. I would advise to come as soon as they open to hopefully find the store in better condition. Welp ladies and gents it is that time of year again. Time to exchange shit that don't fit and return shit we don't want. Got some nice clothes for my son from my neighbor however she guessed his size but guessed a size shy. So I didn't want to bother her for a reciept so I called Chidrens Place and asked if an receipt-less exchange was acceptable. They said yes but for the exact items. Cool no problem I am on thee way. So I get to the store open the door and the first thing that came to mind was Theo's room from the cosby show. I mean it was clothing everwhere it shouldn't be. So I was thinking it is holiday season so stores usually look trashed. I approach the 2 register counter and the cashier makes eye contact and then walks off. Ok guess i'll wait on the other cashier oh wait she the manager. Jennifer the manager is on the caah register. So I shared with Jennifer that I wanted to exchange a shirt and a pair of jeans but I have no reciept. She says to me with ATTITUDE "only if its the same exact item". That's fine by me. So I went to find the items in the size I needed but no luck. So I asked Jennifer the manager if she can check in the back. She replies I cant rite now. Nobody in line any she still wouldn't check for me. I told her I can wait. She then tells me go to a different store. This was the worst customer service I have had in years. Really bad customer service. Went in with 3 gift receipts to exchange baby shoes for bigger size. Only one of the shoes was in gift receipt and they wouldn't allow me to change other shoes for bigger size. Every other store allows you to exhange! I didn't ask for money back, just wanted bigger size. Never again will I return to this store read more

I've been here before and the employees where great but this last time the supervisor was there and she got an attitude when I didn't apply for the credit she was offering. Horrible service!!! The manager was rude as hell and the rep was a twit! Everything I got was in the wrong place and I was being over charged. I ended up walking out with just a pair of girls tights because of all the incorrect prices. The manager bumped into me and did not even apologize. I returned recently and noticed they are under new management. The store now looks so trashed. I couldn't make sense of anything and could not shop comfortably because I had to dig through piles of items that were in the wrong place which also led to not knowing any of the prices. Stuff was on the floor and being stepped on. It was disgusting. Aside from that, I wasnt greeted or offered a shopping bag to hold my items and there were no associates trying to clean anything up. It looked like most of them were hiding in their breakroom cuz that's where I noticed a few employees would rush to. The line was super long for a week day in the morning but it was because there was only ONE girl at the register. This was my favorite store to shop cuz it was always neat but since the new staff, it's really gone to shit. read more

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!! in every aspect! if I could rate this store a negative I would. From the instant I walk in I feel judged. Staff always has an attitude. If you ask for a price check they will give you an attitude and tell you to go to the mirror and scan it yourself. The lines are always long and no one bothers to say anything or call more staff to help until customers keep asking over and over again. When you ask if they have more stuff in the back it's always a hassle they always say no with out even trying. if this company and I hope they read this wants to keep customers then they need to re evaluate who they are hiring and this begins with the manager because she's not so lovely either. She has given me a couple of hard times. I don't get why people look so miserable at the places they work like you made that decision to work there. I will no longer be coming here.
