I have no reason to lie about my wifi NEVER working in there. I have seen many other guests struggle as I wait as well. On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. Even though it is cold we enjoy going in the winter to stroll the streets and see all the Christmas lights. They have a lot of unique stores. Plus the events that take place. I recently took my kids to the free indoor play area with the glice to slide on with socks, many toys to play with and Santa's sleigh. There are lots of parking lots so we usually plan ahead to see what we want to visit and find a garage in that area.
