Then I moved to Maryland, met my boyfriend, fell in love, and was given my first Coach purse as a Christmas gift. It was all downhill from there. I am now slightly addicted to Coach. This store in Crocker Park is exactly like every other Coach store. That's part of the designer style, I suppose. The staff are eager to sell you something, but aren't pushy; they understand that more patrons are window-shoppers than actual paying customers. I often go here, gaze lustfully at the pretty, pretty bags, and then go on my way. Because, really, I can't drop $500 on a bag. That's what the Coach outlet is for!

I cannot pull up my membership or take advantage of the discounts and promos. The manager today told me he had no problem pulling up his- what a way to deal! I have no reason to lie about my wifi NEVER working in there. I have seen many other guests struggle as I wait as well. On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. It's the principle of providing a discount for members yet not being able to access it.

Even though it is cold we enjoy going in the winter to stroll the streets and see all the Christmas lights. They have a lot of unique stores. Plus the events that take place. I recently took my kids to the free indoor play area with the glice to slide on with socks, many toys to play with and Santa's sleigh. There are lots of parking lots so we usually plan ahead to see what we want to visit and find a garage in that area.

Employees are too lazy to train, but somehow want shift lead/assistant manager position pay. They talk about you and customers for no reason, to other employees. I was sent to the dressing rooms to work for the rest of the day and gotten told to "do my job" in front of customers, by the manager, as he walks by. He could have pulled me aside and told me that. I'm not going to discourage people to not work here, just giving my perspective at this place. It's a great job to work if they have people who are fun to work with and not a'holes.

Simply checking the "pick up in store" option allows you to get the same clothes you would in the store at an added discount. I have asked employees if they would honor the online code and they said that they could not - seems a bit silly to me. All in all, the clothing is well styled but not made all that well. At the price point, it's PERFECT for a growing child. I'll return to buy more, but only when things are on sale.
