'Worked there': workers try to be cut throat, but came out to be a bunch of annoying individuals that no one wants to work with. Employees are too lazy to train, but somehow want shift lead/assistant manager position pay. They talk about you and customers for no reason, to other employees. I was sent to the dressing rooms to work for the rest of the day and gotten told to "do my job" in front of customers, by the manager, as he walks by. He could have pulled me aside and told me that. I'm not going to discourage people to not work here, just giving my perspective at this place. It's a great job to work if they have people who are fun to work with and not a'holes. read more

Employees at the store seem half-interested in helping customers. My biggest gripe is that you can actually get a better deal shopping online because there are often special "online only" codes that will allow you to obtain an extra 20-40% off. Simply checking the "pick up in store" option allows you to get the same clothes you would in the store at an added discount. I have asked employees if they would honor the online code and they said that they could not - seems a bit silly to me. All in all, the clothing is well styled but not made all that well. At the price point, it's PERFECT for a growing child. I'll return to buy more, but only when things are on sale. read more

This is a great location with well organized racks and plenty of options. Old Navy stores are largely the same but this one stood out to me for a particularly easy shopping experience. Even though Old Navy stores carry the same products, there are usually some gems hiding is the racks or at least a variation of sizes/styles depending on location. You also never know what you'll find on the clearance rack including items that another buyer purchased from the website and returned to the store. I did find the employees at this location to be rather standoffish or otherwise just unhelpful. In fact, no one greeted me at any point while I was shopping or in the fitting room. Throw in a few "good mornings" or "hellos" so customers know they're not invisible. All things considered, a solid shopping experience. I wouldn't hesitate to return. read more

I never really have any luck at Old Navy, I mean cmon lets face it, the only reason we girls go in there are for the cheap flip flops! But I decided to give it a try yesterday with my friend and actually found a really cute long sleeve tshirt for only $8.50! I think this is one of those stores where you can't go in saying I'm going to buy something, because then you get disappointed. Instead going into Old Navy with no expectations, could leave you surprised. I like how big it is though, it never feels overwhelming or crowded. Some of their deals are good, you just have to take the time to look for them. So that is why I must give three stars, because rarely, I will find something worthwhile. read more

Old Navy - Men's Clothing Near Me - Avon, Ohio

This is a really good Old Navy location. We all know how chaotic some ON stores can get, but this store is pretty clean and well organized. The employees are nice and are good at helping you find certain items, check prices, give appropriate discounts, etc. This also may not be the biggest ON location I've ever been to, but it still has a good layout and selection. It's best to shop here earlier in the day, and during the week if you can. During the weekends, evenings, and holidays the store can get pretty busy, and the line pretty long. But that's all ON stores, not just this one. On top of the normal selection, this store has some cute and affordable OSU, Browns, and Indians shirts. I've also had great luck with their active wear, jewelry, shoes, scarves, and purses. In the checkout line they have lots of stuff to keep you entertained. There's makeup, headbands, water bottles, lotions and perfumes, cute seasonal stuff, drinks, and even snacks. I'm not a big impulse buyer, but there is some good stuff in there sometimes! I enjoy coming to this Old Navy store, and definitely recommend it! read more

I don't pay full price at Old Navy since I don't feel like the clothes are particularly well made. That said, the clearance here is hit or miss depending on the season. The store however, has had a nice remodel and it's one of the better ones I've seen. read more

Worse customer service experience. I had a text message with a five dollar coupon clearly just received with an expiration date of July. The system did recognize the code clerk and manager both shrugged the shoulders and said too bad. Seriously will not shop there on principle alone read more
