We were left alone in that quiet corner to conduct our business meeting and it was comfortable and quiet. I understand that the real action is on Fridays, or Thursdays and Fridays, in preparation for the weekend, with their take out appetizers, and based on the sushi being so top-notch, I'm sure the other items are excellent too. I can see that there is a great amount of effort and enthusiasm that goes into running this establishment on a daily basis, and I appreciate them being here. Three entrees arrive, the waitperson scurries off. The fourth is nowhere. We say, "My wife ordered the _________," and there's a blank look. A response comes, "Oh." Eventually, another response, "That'll take ten to fifteen minutes." If "We're sorry," was uttered, we didn't hear it. Eventually the entree came. No apologies.
