It was supposed to have mayo on it, but there was none. Also, lettuce and tomato would have been a nice addition to the two patties. My friend got wings, five hot and five hot garlic. The wings were a decent size, but he prefers them saucy which they were not. Service was fine. Our server checked on us the appropriate amount of times to see if we needed anything. Standard heavily worn out wood furnishings, penny coin bartop, music is loud but the patrons are louder. Pool tables filled, game on in the center over the bar sized for the sippers at the bar. The lone bartender was sweet and hustling all by herself. Her bantering with the regulars shows she knows her crowd and they know her. Great service. We had a great experience overall. Our server did an excellent job handling our large group. The herb-grilled chicken, asparagus, and mashed potatoes were all flavorful and well-prepared. The cornbread wasn't really to my taste since it had corn in it (I prefer my own recipe), but others at the table enjoyed it. My husband and I wanted to go shoot some pool so we walked in there on Saturday night and we waited for half hour for someone to greet us and ask if we needed anything NO ONE DID! So then we waited by the bar trying to get one of the bartenders attention, finally after 20 minutes waiting, one of the girls asked what we wanted, I asked how can we get a get a table to play pool, she said to go sit and wait for the waiter to come over to us! So we went back and sat down and still no one ever came! We wasted an hour and half waiting for someone to get us a table to play pool! They are the worst when it comes to customer service! I have a new bar to watch my Falcons on Sundays! This is a hidden gem in Grayson. They have all kinds of moonshine, cocktails and beer. The food is incredible! I started off with the cheese curds which were amazing. I then got the grilled cheese with tomato basil. I damn near licked the bowl. Lastly I saw an item that I had to try. Grilled peanut butter and jelly? Oh heck yeah!!! It takes a lot to impress me and this place did just that! It's a bar so ladies don't come looking for dainty pictures or sculptures. I've been coming here for a year and it continues to be hit or miss. When they first opened they were a train-wreck. The service has substantially improved since then but when it comes to the food, I can't call it. My most recent visit was St. Patrick's Day. (Last night). Really nice bartender. We ordered the wings to start. My husband got toxic waste and I got mango habanero. Hubby's wings were okay but they were too hot for me. He said he liked them. (They are supposed to be hot so I'm not complaining about that.) When the bartender gave me my wings she stayed at our spot to tell us a story. While listening to her story I went to bite a wing and saw a long hair on top. She immediately took the wings back to the kitchen. (No apology). After a few minutes, new wings arrived and they tasted like pure perfection. Cooked perfectly and the mango habanero sauce was the best it's ever been. (I've had these wings a few times). Main course was steak with broccoli and Mac and cheese for my husband and salmon with broccoli and corn on the cob for me. ‍ Hubby's steak was okay and it was close to medium as he ordered it. Broccoli had zero seasoning. Not even a pinch of salt or butter or anything. But his Mac and cheese. OMG. It was so daggone good that I know somebody's grandmother was in the back cooking it from scratch. My salmon was over cooked and dried out. I didn't even know that a filet of salmon could look so sad. It was seasoned okay but absolutely nothing to brag about. My broccoli and corn were both unseasoned. I loaded them up with salt and pepper. I mean it was sad. It tasted like they were cooking for someone who had dietary restrictions of no butter, salt, etc. super underwhelming. The blue martini was delicious and I ordered a Long Island iced tea that was so strong, I had a headache in the morning. Although I'm a lightweight I was impressed by my drinks. I normally like to give a recommendation at the end of a review but I'm torn. It's always busy here so I'd say stop by to check it out for yourself but don't be mad at me if it's not up to your expectations. A great hangout spot. We come here on Wednesdays for karaoke and always have a good time. The population does fluctuate and sometimes it seems a bit older of a crowd. They're nice people though. On top of karaoke, they also do live music and other things. They have pool and darts in the back. They are kept up with well. There are ample TVs and they have a good porch area with fire pits. Service is always good and the ladies are always sweet and fun. The food is good. The wings are a bit small, but really well made. I will continue to visit and bring friends. I want to give full disclosure here. I am not "connected" to the owner or anyone who works here, but I've been a regular so long now that I might as well be. I come for the Karaoke nights and started coming since around last October. The service staff are great and attentive. The ambience to the place is a warm local flavor. The food is par for the course of what you expect to find here. However, I give bonus points to the Spicy Salad they have here as well as the Grilled Cheese sandwich and chili. The chili though, I wish they had a more spicy version of it, but that's a personal preference. In my mind the perfect Chili/Cornbread combo would be Jalapeño cornbread and spicy chili. The drinks are second to none. Above all, there are a lot of familiar faces here, and if you come more than a few times, you'll begin to feel at home here. read more

First time here! Hubby read they had open mic, so we came to check it out. Hubby liked the chili. We split a burger and it was cooked perfectly. Fries are real cut potatoes - awesome! Musicians were a group of older guys, but talented. Maybe younger ones show up later. This group sang familiar songs. Back room had pool tables and looked pretty busy. We went here on a Saturdat at 5pm. There were maybe 20 patrons, including us. When we walked in, they shouted at us to sit anywhere. We sat and waited a long time while the bartenders/ wait staff tended to what I assumed were regulars sitting at the bar. Finally gave us menus and immediately wanted our drink order. We really need more time to look at the vast menu of drink items, but my thought was that if we didnt order now, we may not see her agsin for a while. Drinks came quickly and we ordered. Best grilled cheese and tomato soup I've had in a long time! Courtney is the best waitress, and the drinks are good. We enjoy the live music and pool and darts. On a cool night they have the tables outside on the patio with the built in fire pits. We did delivery from this restaurant and were very pleased. All of us got burgers-they were excellent- and had the queso for an appetizer. It was delicious and the festive colored chips were nice for the holiday season. A big plus- the burgers were cooked exactly as ordered. That may sound like a given by unfortunately it's not. The delivery person called to say they had forgotten one item and had to go back to the store and the notification was greatly appreciated.
