She stopped tending to the aquariums and helped us out a lot. I love how she shared her own knowledge too including her recent successful beta breeding. So exciting. I will definitely come back here for my fish needs.

When I asked separately about floating plants like duckweed or red root floaters, his tone became condescending. He pointed out that I was asking about a saltwater coral and a freshwater plant, as if I intended to keep them together, rather than considering I might have two different aquariums. I had simply asked two separate questions. He then stated they are a strictly saltwater store. I thanked him, and he abruptly hung up without saying anything back. Not a great customer service experience. Take your business elsewhere where.

It looks small from the outside and doesn't look anything like what you'd expect when you drive into the parking lot. This was so cool, and the staff were so friendly and educational, you can tell they LOVE their job. THEY DON'T QUARANTINE FISH!!!! I was in there last week and…read moreI asked if i selected a tang if it is all free of parasites and if it had been quarantined. The person I spoke to had no idea if they did or not. Clearly they didn't I got home and introduced the fish into a quarantine tank two days later the fish died from velvet. If I introduced this into my reef tank it could've been catastrophic. I can't speak on their freshwater fish health but I'm assuming not good if they're introducing sick fish for sale in the saltwater side. Be aware of this place also their prices are insane go up to Gainesville you'll save a lot more money trust me. If I could rate zero stars I would. Buyers beware!!!
