When I asked separately about floating plants like duckweed or red root floaters, his tone became condescending. He pointed out that I was asking about a saltwater coral and a freshwater plant, as if I intended to keep them together, rather than considering I might have two different aquariums. I had simply asked two separate questions. He then stated they are a strictly saltwater store. I thanked him, and he abruptly hung up without saying anything back. Not a great customer service experience. Take your business elsewhere where.

I have to say that we will keep returning for grooming because of our experience with Priscilla. She has been so wonderful in working with a very nervous and reactive dog. Her patience and warmth has allowed him to get much needed services and feel better and look so handsome. She deserves a raise! All of this is in addition to her general kind demeanor, courteous phone communication, and just overall welcoming attitude.
