I had 2 pairs of boot cut leggings altered/hemmed and I was charged $36. I used to pay $10 for one…read morepair of pants to be hemmed there which was a good price. Now, $18 per pair!?!? Ridiculous!!! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

There was was a patch that was placed on the inside of the pants and then it was ironed to try to hold material together? The patch was white, pants were pink. The iron burned the pant material. Regal did not charge me (which was the right thing to do and offered to make the pants capri). I just asked that they be sewed together normally and I would wear with the burn mark. When I received them the 2nd time- there was a weird sewing pattern over half the tear with the old white patch still on the inside. The patch wasn't trimmed or anything. The sewing pattern didn't bother me but it wasn't even sewn over the whole rip. I had to finish when I got home. Pictures attached. Multiple other garments I had a simple patch sewed on or a larger patch and there were always stings hanging off or not tied off or material not trimmed. Just no attention to detail. The cleaner was fairly prompt with getting things back to me; they were just not good quality. I cannot attest to the dry cleaning side.
