No alternatives or solutions were offered, and I felt brushed off rather than assisted. Customer service should involve listening and trying to help, but that was not my experience. read more

Anne is fair in her pricing (actually unbelievably inexpensive based on like services) and does amazing work!

Ann hemmed, added padding (bra), and tacked loose sequins on my mother of the bride dress. She also hemmed my husband's suit (pants and sleeves) for our daughter's wedding. We received so many compliments and felt like the king and queen of the ball! Ann was prompt and finished our clothes early. I will definitely come back to use her again in the future! read more

Like I say Ann is totally against people who do not wear face mask when they come to her store. I came in hopes of doing business and when I last posted she said that she was forced to put out that sign making people wear masks-yet the pandemic was over. When I came to the door she acted like I was diseased by wearing a mask when she stepped outside. Not only was she rude but she didn't even mention another place that did Laundry or dry cleaning. People beware if you don't wear a mask she will treat you like you are diseased. Did I also mention that I was handicapped when she did that? My post got removed because I called her a communist. Well? It's true she doesn't welcome anyone not wearing a mask. No I haven't been back there to see if she removed the mask sign she has in her window. So if you are a Republican or handicap you are not welcomed to her store. read more

Went in to loosen one of my dress pant and it came out great! The lady was nice and price was fairly affordable.

Had my graduation dress altered. She had it done within a week and a half with great quality which I was concerned about because I brought it during prom season and needed a quick turn around. Will recommend to others and continue to bring in alterations I can't do myself. read more

Very sweet woman! I brought my wedding dress in to get a little altering. I tried it on for her & she is going to be adding a hook in the back for $10. I'll pick it up in 2 weeks. Which is just fine since my wedding isn't until April & gives me time to find shoes and alter the length if they're not high enough :) highly recommend! read more

Prior to COVID 19 I worked full time wearing suits. Before going back to work I took half of my suits to Ann for cleaning. I've had nightmares with dry cleaners in the past but I took a chance on this one and I'm happy to say she's done an outstanding job. My suits are clean, well pressed but not overdone, and have no residual bubbling from over steaming. She even replaced a button or two without me asking. While I have a full time tailor, I have asked Ann to repair some seam rips and wear spots and she's shown that she's worth more than she charges for these repairs. I've since taken the other half of my suits to her and can't wait to get them back. I know they'll be in great condition. Let me also mention that Ann is very welcoming and kind. She multitasks well in a store by herself and makes sure no one waits too long without being helped. read more

I am a huge fan. Sweet lady. Great prices. I can get 5 shirts dry cleaned for well under $20. She hems most of my pants to a dress shoe OR tennis shoe based on my preference for well under $10. She has also altered a few of my blazers for a good price, and will add buttons to anything I need if I request. I also appreciate her expediting my order upon request if necessary. Also I like that I am consistently serviced by only her, so the quality will always be the same. She does all of her work alone, and there isn't anything she can't do.
