Baseboards were not cleaned, dusting was not done, some windows were cleaned but not all. Walls, ceilings, light fixtures were not touched. They asked me what I wanted them to focus on and I told them the floors since I'm not currently able to do that. When I walked around with my white socks on after they left, they obviously did not do a good job. I took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it was still dirty. The owners of this company were very rude to me when I called to discuss my concerns. I highly recommend you stay away from this service. Quality was bad, owners are rude, service Was over priced, and the job was not completed. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

(This was after I was given a quote through fb messenger. So he had never seen our house to give an accurate estimate anyway.) After seeing ProSteam's great ratings on Angie's List for air duct cleaning, I called and was greeted warmly from the receptionist. She was helpful in providing a reasonable time for someone to come out to quote. We were getting our 2 HVAC units completely replaced so we wanted the air vents and ducts to be as clean as can be for the new systems. I received a call when they were 10-20 minutes out and they came out right on time. Two gentlemen (can't remember their names) were very friendly in providing us the free quote. After a thorough walk through, they worked up the pricing and we decided then and there to have them give us a call to schedule the service. This was on a Friday and sure enough on Monday, I received a prompt call to schedule the service to be done. They were able to get me in right before we were getting the A/C replaced so it was a clean as possible for the new units. Our appt. was set for between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Again the service tech called when he was on his way out. He arrived promptly at 4pm. Antoine was very friendly and also wearing a mask for those worried about how they handle Covid. He also wore little booties over his shoes to stay clean throughout the house. For being by himself, he knocked out the job in 2 hours. My husband and I were impressed! The stain came up with a towel. Why didn't it come up with water an a towel? Going off reviews I should've went with my first mind, but since they had availability the same day, I went with them. Then I got an offer in the email from Living Social and called these ladies. We had a mix-up in the appointment setting as someone called and wanted same thing same day as I did and then canceled it - they thought I had cancelled - I freaked! Good thing my inner control freak kicked in and I called to confirm my appointment. They apologized and got someone out to clean up the place. You can be sure it's them when they arrive because the little car says MaidPro all over it (plus their shirts). The girl they sent was so petite I looked at her and said "You are going to do this all by yourself???" I didn't mean to be condescending but she just looked like a kid from Jr. High. She may have been petite but DAMN!!! she was good! The tubs, the shower door, the baseboards, and OMG! the fridge...if we hadn't moved I might have bargained with hubs to get her to come once a month to clean. It was a beautiful clean........now that apartment complex better give me my security deposit back!
