I also found dirt and debris underneath the couch that clearly had not been cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator and the cabinets were also not cleaned, even though I understood those areas to be included in the detailed cleaning I purchased. The bathroom was one of the main areas I specifically asked to be detailed, and even that was not completed to the standard I expected. There were still areas with visible dirt and buildup. The bedroom also required very little cleaning, yet it did not appear that the detailed services were actually performed there either. I was home during the cleaning, so I personally observed that some of these areas were not being addressed. That is particularly frustrating because the service was marketed as a detailed cleaning, not simply a quick surface-level cleaning. If you are going to charge nearly $300 to clean a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, the services advertised should actually be completed accordingly. When I contacted them about the issues, I was offered the option of having someone come back and redo the cleaning. I declined because I am not comfortable having someone else return, and I cannot afford to take another afternoon off to accommodate another cleaning appointment. I requested a partial refund instead because I paid for services that were not fully provided.
