The facility itself looks very homey. She offers a play room in case you want to bring your kids. Jennifer talk me through the whole process and it wasn't bad. After a good 10 minutes into the procedure things weren't as awkward and Jennifer talk to me the whole entire time making the process easy. Overall it was a great experience but it's a small facility so you will hear everything next-door going on. Also something about this place wasn't as clean as I hoped (not tool wise just the overall room). There were blankets and pillow cases that you grabbed from home not sure i don't believe they are switch for every client. Bathroom was excellent though no worries there. I suggest you don't go to the bathroom during your session because it takes away from it and it's only 45 minutes I wasn't warned that the time will continue even though I use the bathroom so I felt a little robbed. I do plan on going back though
