Sam did an excellent job framing a piece of artwork my husband and I purchased while in Quebec. With his skilled craftsmanship and guidance on framing and matting selection, the resulting showpiece enhances the colors of the original etching. He made it easy, fun, and offered great insight while going over options and finalizing choices. Based on his previous work, we knew we could entrust him with a significant antique oil painting that is a prized possession as it depicts the location where my husband and I got married. He took the time to make a house call with his wife due to the delicate nature of the piece and helped install appropriate hardware necessary to hang such a delicate painting. The piece now hangs beautifully on our bedroom wall and we're delighted to wake up to a stunning image everyday thanks to Sam and his wife. We cannot thank Sam and his wife enough for their diligence and passion for their work. We unreservedly would recommend them and do not trust our art with anyone else because we know that it is in great hands and will turn out even beyond our expectations. We look forward to working with this family-owned shop on many projects in the future and are truly lucky to have such a gem in our community!

A Very FIne Business…read more Recently I had a series of miniatures that needed new backing and proper wires. I walked into Four Corners Frame and there was a line of four waiting. Sam, one of the owners, was gracious and unflustered, advised those of us next in line of the anticipated wait, and proceeded to give his full attention and the best possible advice to the first couple there to have several items framed. Several of us chose to wait and it was a pleasure to watch the warmth, interest and professionalism that he invested in each customer. My project was small and easy, yet he took the time to engage in conversation and to make me feel that my project was just as important to him as the other that proceeded me. The work was done within a few days and I received a text. Though it was my first time as a customer he immediately remembered me when I returned to the shop and had me examine his work and wanted to be sure that I was fully satisfied before I left. This is truly a gem of a business and you feel well served and appreciated when you leave.

I'm happy to support this local, family-owned business, not only for the aforementioned reasons but…read morealso because their employees are both knowledgeable and helpful. I tend to come in to have prints matted and/or framed. Archival materials are the norm. The staff will also mat to ready-made frame sizes or custom. Their training also makes choosing mats easier. "Do you want bright white or eggshell white?" "Let's look at them together." Additionally, they offer to amend things that I didn't notice. A print I asked to have matted and framed was slightly curved. I was assured the print would be flattened prior to being matted and framed so it would sit more snugly. I'm sure most customers would appreciate that attention to detail. Here's to hoping this establishment continues to provide goods and services to this community for a long time to come.

They sell the pencils individually so she can selectively restock the ones she runs out of most. Apparently, green is the most frequently used color for all the grass in landscapes so she can buy individual ones here very reasonably instead of buying a whole new package of pencils. They also have a nice selection of gift items like small pouches, reusable bags, socks, cards and assorted small art themed things. The selection of easels is extensive and includes table easels and standing easels. Tons of canvas, paints and paint brushes. Prices are reasonable. I found the staff a little overbearing (they greeted me multiple times) when I entered the store but were friendly at checkout. Highly recommend.

Owner takes your phone number and email, but she does not let you know that your order is ready for pick up. She says she "tried several times," but I do not believe that is the case. I definitely would have received the texts or emails. I had to call shop. I also had to call her about my last order! Recommendation: Pay minimum amount due when your order is placed. If you pay in full as I did, there is little incentive to contact customer.

Brenda is a wonderful businesswoman, very professional, friendly, competent and cares about her customers, willing to spend time with each client to address their individual requirements. Each time we bring our artwork, there are other customers picking up their framed pieces, in awe her gorgeous work. This has very much been our own experience with her as well. Her pricing is appropriate for the amount of effort she puts into all the work. Despite how busy she is, she always responds in a timely manner to any inquiries which is deeply appreciated. Highly recommend and the only trusted place we go to for framing our artworks.

Many unique art spaces, photo studios and (maybe overly specific) shops all with highly varied hours leave this huge spot feeling eerily empty. You can walk around the entire space and literally there may be 5 or 6 places open out of 50. Uggh!!! They do have a wonderful gallery that showcases the best art from local school children and young adults which is surprisingly awesome. ALso Food Truck Thursday is pretty neat outside on the grounds (although we could seriously do without the county fair fried dough and cotton candy trucks). Social distancing enforced with divided picnic tables that are effectively wiped down between seated parties. Oh and craft beer- beer is good! Ultimately, what could really help would be hours 2 days a week where all shops were guaranteed to be open, say Thursday's and Saturday's 2-6pm and A SMALL MARKETING BUDGET for the building as a whole, standard signage on the OUTSIDE of the building letting potential customers what's INSIDE... Come on people, I know I'm not the only person who has drove past this place and thought, "What's up with that big building- is it open? what's inside? Common sense stuff could fix that issue. They now have 3 different outside areas packed with vendors selling food, creations, & services & it's incredible to see how much it's grown. There's still not a lot of signage though, especially inside, so it's extremely easy to get lost and confused inside the building, or even outside if you're looking for a certain vendor at the pop ups. I do wish that more consistent hours would be implemented here. When I went to this most recent food truck rally, I of course poked my head inside too to check out the shops and almost every single shop on the second floor was shut up, and a good majority in the basement as well. Nearly the entire first floor was open, and about 1/2 of the third floor. These businesses are missing out on a great opportunity! Why isn't it required for them to be open during these events? As a buyer it's disappointing, and as a local it's frustrating when you're trying to buy local yet the locals aren't taking advantage of such a great opportunity. Parking has become a bit of a nightmare during these events, which just goes to show how popular they've become, but on a regular day it's pretty easy to find parking here or right on the streets nearby.
