This is a great resort within the Bluegreen group. The grounds, rooms and common spaces are all kept in pristine conditions. All units have a view of the pool area and the lake. We were on the bottom floor, so we didn't have the best view of the lake, but we were able to see it. The staff were all responsive and friendly. They wanted to make sure we had all we needed. When staying here you have access to all the amenities at Big Cedar Lodge, but we stuck to the lake and the marina at Long Creek during our stay. They have a few activities onsite at the Cliffs, mainly crafts. I was too busy fishing to participate this time. We will be back for sure for a future visit. read more

Made reservations 4 days before arrival. All the info was e.mailed right away and included access to our unit. We were in building FF and the unit was awesome! Great deck looking out over the valley and a smidgen of the lake. It only has 2 chairs so you may consider bringing more if necessary. Fully stocked kitchen except for spices. I do recommend bringing your own salt/pepper, paper plates and cups so you do not have to use theirs and thus wash the dishes. The only marginal thing is the showers in both bathrooms are very tiny and cramped unless you are a smaller but adequate and hot water was fast to come on. Master bedroom has a king and is large in size. The other bedroom has a queen and the window is right next to the stairs to the upper unit. We did not need to use the awesome fireplace but it looks cool for a winter's stay. This location is 2 turns away from the Silver Dollar City exit. You are 15 minutes at the most from getting parked at SDC. Great location for trips to SDC. Downtown Branson for Paula Deens, Bass Pro etc is 20 minutes or so away. read more

We have stayed here now twice. First time was OUTSTANDING. Was the first week of December 2017 and had no issues what so ever. Only issue during this time was no hand soap, but easily rectified. We stayed on the second floor, the view was fabulous, the drive to in town wasn't bad. Maybe 20 mins. The 2 bedrooms are spacious, beds are cozy and perfect little get away place to stay for long periods. Just fell in love with the place and decor! Second time was the end of November 2018. This time was a bit of an adventure! Lol! They placed us on the lower floor. Our 2 bedroom was as before, wonderful. However we had a family above us who had the most unruly children. Jumping from chair to chair (wood floors) sofa to chair so it was very loud. Our little boy was scared. We had to place noise canceling headphones on. Thankful the manger moved us the next morning. All was resolved, but it was a pain to move. I highly suggest an upper floor. Other then this issue we will be back, but will ask for a upper room. Only other suggestions. Bring your own pans to cook with. Enjoy the view! Highly recommend for long stays! Very close to silver dollar. Can see from complex. read more

These villas were wonderful. Me and 3 other individuals stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. The decor was simple but stylish and the place came with the bare necessities. The bed were very comfortable! My only negative is the 2nd bathroom had a shower but did not have any shelving to store soap or shampoo. I ended up having to put body wash on my shower sponge before stepping into the shower...not good. read more

After sleeping here first night we went to breakfast we came back to our room then we had our first problem the Schlage lock was malfunctioning. We would punch in our code and it would flash green as it does when it accepts the code but when we turn the handle in either direction nothing happens. We tried it about 20 minutes. It was not working so I advised the staff on duty that the lock was malfunctioning. She advised she would call maintenance to come check it. I walked back down toward our room and my wife advised me she had got it to open so I went back up and informed them. We then left and went to our planned event. We then came back to the property and since we didn't really get very wet riding the jet skis we decided to take a dip in the infinity pool which was very clean unlike the kiddie pool downstairs which was filthy. After about spending 30 minutes in the pool cooling off and enjoying the view and talking with other guests that happened to be staying in the room right next to ours we went our room. We tried to open the door and again the lock was not working. We tried it for about 30 minutes and finally I went to the office to inform the staff that the lock was not working and we could not get into our room that we paid to stay in. She came down and tried the lock herself and she tried it many times and we kept trying it. She then said now that I've seen it with my own eyes I can call maintenance. She went back up to the office, We stayed there at the door trying the lock repeatedly. She finally came back about 20 minutes later and said that the maintenance man would be there in about an hour. We advised that was not acceptable we have been locked out of our room for 1 hour already and we were going to have to wait another hour for someone to show up to let us in our room. We were still in soaking wet clothes. We advised her we have a show to get to and we asked to speak to a manager and she got really loud and said I'll GET YOU A MANAGER!!! She then went back to the office and we stayed at our door trying the lock. We waited and then the neighbor in C2 advised my wife that the office person was on the phone with the manager she believed as she had been up there asking for a roll of toilet paper and blankets. She advised that same lady had screamed at her stating you should already have enough toilet paper in your room and you don't need any blankets as there is already plenty in your room. My wife went up to speak to her after hearing that she is on the phone with a manager and that same staff member that was screaming at us before and screaming at other tenants started screaming at my wife. My wife had asked her if she was on the phone with a manager and the staff member screamed "NO! I'M NOT ON THE PHONE WITH A MANAGER! I'M ON A PERSONAL CALL AND YOU NEED TO GET AWAY FROM ME! She said "I'M DONE WITH YOU. My wife told her we paid good money to stay here and she said "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU PAID TO STAY HERE I CAN'T FIX YOUR LOCK AND I'M DONE WITH YOU. She was approaching my wife screaming and shaking her finger in my wife's face. This was just outside the office so my wife walked into the office and advised the young girl working the front desk to get a manager on the phone the other lady came in shaking her finger and head no for her not to but my wife insisted and then the younger girl put the manager John on the phone. My wife had informed him of how his staff was screaming at everyone and we should be compensated for the way we have been treated and he said he would speak to his staff member and would compensate us. The lady that had been yelling had called the police and they showed up and heard our side of the story then took the staff around the side of the office and heard their side of the story. It was then that the officer came back and gave us 2 pieces of paper which were police statements. He advised us that the older lady claimed my wife had assaulted her and wanted to press charges. This was all a lie. The cop stated he would review the footage and kept stating there could be charges even if my wife didn't touch her even if she just walked toward her in a way to make her feel threatened and he would have to review the footage once the manager arrived on the scene. Manager arrived and would never even speak with us even though we requested to speak to him. The officer and the manager went in the office and after a long period of time finally came back out and advised there would not be any charges filed but that the manager would like us to leave the property.  My wife never touched her and never raised her voice at her.  We had done nothing wrong we had paid for our room we were mistreated and talked to very rudely by the staff of this property. We had a show to get to and still were standing there in our wet swimsuits. We requested to be allowed into our room to take a shower before leaving and we were advised we had 5 minutes to leave property. Robbed of a nights stay! read more

I will start with the pros. The location is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. There was a very pretty view of the mountains from our unit. The employees were polite in our interactions. The unit was a comfortable size for our family of 6. It was helpful having a washer and dryer. The unit, however, had some very dirty aspects, the worst of which was a fresh blood stain on a pillow and a white crusty substance on the blanket of the guest room. There were stains that looked like coffee or soda on the throw pillows. There was also hair in the sheets of the guest bedroom, and hair throughout the master bathroom. A couple of pieces of trash and a sock were left behind from a previous guest. There were a few dead bugs throughout the room as well as a live decent-sized spider on the master bed when we first arrived. One minor inconvenience is that we were not initially supplied with enough towels and washcloths. We were given 5 sets when our reservation was for 6, but the office staff was helpful and generous in giving extra towels, as well as switching out dirty towels for clean ones as needed. Bath soap, shampoo, and toilet paper supplies were stingy. We were supplied with a package of coffee, but no starter pack of sugar/creamer for our first morning. The most critical issue was the lack of sleep that we got at this resort. Our first night there was fine. The second night, the people above us stomped around and dragged chairs across the floors until the wee hours of the morning. Additionally, they went onto their balcony several times from 1AM-5AM and howled like wolves and laughed repeatedly. The second night, they were doing what sounded like Karaoke and the stomping and chair dragging was completely out of control. I called the emergency number sometime after 11 PM, because my children kept being woken up. Josh answered and apologized for the inconvenience. He said he'd call and ask them to quiet down. They did not answer their phones, so my husband demanded that the police be called out. At this point it was close to midnight. The police came out and spoke to them. They lied to the police and said it was the unit above them on the night before, and "said" they'd quiet down. The police left sometime around 12:45 AM, and they continued to stomp around drag the chairs, as well as do something that sounded like dribbling a basketball until 2 AM. They were back up and at it again at 6 AM. On our final night there, the people quieted down around 11:30 PM. I suppose they finally wore themselves out. So much for the 10PM-8AM "Quiet Hours" contract that you sign at check-in. Basically, there is no support located on the premises after 8PM and there are no landlines in the rooms, so if you have an issue like this you're pretty much on your own. I really wanted to like this place, but it was truly a disappointment. read more

My family just had a large gathering of 25 people of all ages over the memorial weekend. The clips are much better than I expected them to be they're new they're clean they have high end luxury appointments. Two bedrooms two full baths rite controlled fireplace plenty of televisions and DVD player full kitchen and laundry facilities in the condo. The location is wonderful at the top of Indian point close to Silverdollar city also close to the highroad so you're fast access to all of Branson and points further south The views are lovely and the setting intimate. Dakota went out of his way to be helpful with all our needs. The prices are very reasonable I could highly recommend The Cliffs to everyone. read more

Loving our visit here. The penthouse is worth the money. So lovely and the bed is fit for a king. Peaceful during the off season for sure. The perfect getaway to unwind and decompress. My boyfriend and I stayed with Cliffs Resort last weekend, April 11-14th. Only a short visit, but we had a blast!! Of course we came for Branson, but I am so thrilled that I found this place!! It's right behind Silver Dollar City in Indian Point, and the location is wonderful. I was very surprised to see the size of the resort was actually quite small, they only have 5 buildings, which I prefer! It made it more personal and serene. The view from our balcony (all of the rooms have the same facing balconies) is overlooking the hills and, of course, Table Rock Lake. Couldn't ask for a better set up! We rented the Suite for 2-4 people. It had two full bathrooms, a nice decorative fire place, and the private balcony from the master bedroom. Beautiful and clean, they keep up with this place very well! Even the gentleman working in the front office was very friendly, efficient, and helped us decide what we did for the last day! He knew a lot about tours, places, and things to do. Extremely helpful to hear a second opinion. Thank you for everything, we can't wait to come back in the summer!! read more

Wifi is extremely bad connection. If you are staying second floor or first floor, you will hear everything from the ceiling. Cutting knife was very old. I would recommend bring some knife and silverware. Walmart is 15 minutes or 20 minutes away. You can see the silver dollar city. read more

My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort from September 30th-October 3rd and in all honesty these pictures do not do this place justice! When we booked we weren't expecting much however this place exceeded our expectations. First off, the views you get are amazing! The kitchen is fully furnished with utilities, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, just about everything you need. All the furniture looks new and the little apartment is very clean! The pool also offers a great view of Branson and the location is also a plus since its right behind silver dollar city and only about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Branson and the entertainment strip where there's go-karting and arcade games, etc. Definitely plan on making this a yearly trip. read more
