As soon as someone started looking at their items in the case he handed it off to another guy. This guy had NO idea how to open my watch. He fiddled around with it... asking the other guy questions. He ended up taking my watch to another store ( they own two stores in the mall) . He kept running up and down the stairs checking on it. I asked him if I should just go to the other store and he gave me some weird explanation. It was also more expensive than I thought it should be.
