He said to trust him and he was right. You can trust that not only will they do a wonderful job but they will also give you the best price. I literally was about to cry when I saw it! Everyone else is more expensive and you get so much less. My sister had her custom ring made at Zale's and her diamonds are always falling out and they skimp on the gold at the base of the ring. It's a pretty ring but a lot of headache. I have never had a stone fall out of my ring and the base of my ring well made and thick. It's not just beautiful, it is impeccably made and strong. I went to Guven's to get an estimate on jewelry for insurance purposes. The father said he would give me estimates for a price. When I came in with a lot of jewelry, he said he would give a free estimate on all of it. I thought it odd, but I said ok. He gave me estimates and I wrote them down. Still not official estimates for my insurance. He kept offering to buy the gold and gems. When I left there without the proper paperwork, I decided to take it to another jewelry store. Someone had recommended P and J in Loganville. It was expensive, but I got the correct estimate and paperwork. Turns out Guven's was giving me half the value on the estimates. Dishonest, unprofessional and greedy. I was extremely disappointed about this considering we had bought a lot of jewelry from them prior to this visit. Our minister had recommended them. Been to two other places to get a price on a ring my dad left me and they both told me my ring was 14 ct gold. They even scanned the ring and let me read the scanner results. Brought the same ring to these people and they swabbed the ring (20th century technology) and told me it was only 10 ct gold and offered me half the price i was previously quoted. I went back to "We Buy Gold" which was two strip malls away and they scanned it again and assured me it was 14 ct gold and gave me the right price. If i hadn't been to two other places and just went to Guvens i might of beleived them and got half the money.. And there are a lot of goods! Their selection borders on astonishing. Much bigger selection than you can hope to find inside a mall jewelry store. Value for money: I fully expect to be nickel-and-dimed for services at a big jewelry store. Delightfully, this place had upfront and reasonable pricing for watch band resizing (only $5). Customer service: Friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. I came in to get a watch band resized. I didn't have an appointment. It took less than 5 minutes, I could watch the tech the entire time, they put the spare links in a tiny resealable bag for me, and in the end they didn't charge me a cent. What more can I ask for?
