They carry a minimal amount of case jewelry, but they will work with you to select and order whatever you would like. Nice high end stuff too...David Yurman, Rolex, etc. They said they would do their best to work discounts into the pricing on anything of interest. I will definitely be back for a jewelry purchase when they right occasion presents itself.

I stopped into A Diamond in Time while in Charleston for a wedding because I had been given a watch as a birthday gift while traveling and needed to get it resized. The store owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating. My watch had a complicated band that required additional effort to resize and he not only offered to figure it out free of charge, but made multiple calls and ended up meeting me back at the store during off-hours to return my watch to me (I was cutting it close as far as making it to the rehearsal dinner when I stopped in.) I have no doubt that anyone who seeks to purchase jewelry from A Diamond in Time (I believe their specialty is custom diamond rings) will encounter AMAZING, above-and-beyond service and an excellent product. It's clear that the owner(s) of A Diamond in Time take great pride in what they do and care about their reputation. Beyond that, the owner I met was just a genuinely nice person who you'd be fortunate to do business with.

Each piece feels intentional, well-made, and like something you'll continue to love and wear for years. The customer service is what really makes the experience special. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and want you to leave with something that feels personal to you. There's something really special about finding a brand where the product is beautiful, the quality is there, and the people behind it make you feel genuinely appreciated. HOLST + LEE is definitely one of those places. I can't recommend them enough!

It was a fairly quick process to have the necklace made. Everyone in the store was so attentive and helpful. I spent $158.05 for my necklace + 6 charms. The charms range in prices, mine were $10-$20 each and the necklace was $60. I also got a few inches added on to mine so it would fit looser on me. I think it was well worth the price. When I got home, one of my charms had disappeared from my necklace. I sent a message to them and got an email reply fairly quickly, and they were able to send me a replacement charm with a clip. Hopefully I don't lose this one! All that to say, my experience was fabulous, My necklace is so fun and me, and the customer service was top notch. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Charleston!
