I stopped into A Diamond in Time while in Charleston for a wedding because I had been given a watch as a birthday gift while traveling and needed to get it resized. The store owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating. My watch had a complicated band that required additional effort to resize and he not only offered to figure it out free of charge, but made multiple calls and ended up meeting me back at the store during off-hours to return my watch to me (I was cutting it close as far as making it to the rehearsal dinner when I stopped in.) I have no doubt that anyone who seeks to purchase jewelry from A Diamond in Time (I believe their specialty is custom diamond rings) will encounter AMAZING, above-and-beyond service and an excellent product. It's clear that the owner(s) of A Diamond in Time take great pride in what they do and care about their reputation. Beyond that, the owner I met was just a genuinely nice person who you'd be fortunate to do business with.

They put a piece of furniture on hold for me until I could return home to Colorado to check measurements and communicated frequently about shipping costs and details, never with any pressure. The piece to which I refer was a declared reproduction -- "bench made" in the UK -- that was stunning! They often commission reproductions to accompany their regular shipments from England.
