We used a stool (which was in the room) in the pool area - which we had seen done in multiple photos on FD's own page. But apparently that's not allowed. We did not want to nor intend to break any rules - if this had been stated ANYWHERE we wouldn't have done it. Also, they probably shouldn't use those particular pictures as examples of photos you can take if it's not allowed. No apologies given. No real explanations, just "the person happen to check on you at that time". When asked why they were even checking, we were told usually footage is only reviewed if damage is done. Again, so why was someone checking on us during our allotted time? If you need privacy or have some sort of NDA, just something to be aware of. We ended up leaving a little over an hour before our slot was over just because I no longer felt comfortable or could trust the company.

It was a very well organized event. This location is nicely designed, not like a retail store, and in fact I am not even sure if it's considered a traditional brick and mortar presence than a home to host special events like an art gallery with signings and special events, not being open to the public on a walk-in basis more so than by public notice for events or maybe appointments. Got the pictures in google drive the next day, we were impressed with the quality of the pictures. Fast forward to the wedding ceremony, Gor got there to the church a few minutes early, and took a whole bunch of pictures, we again got the pictures the next day. Check-in process was efficient with names on a tablet and a list on a sheet. There are a few bars set up inside because I was wandering around with three wooden drink chips. There is a DJ playing with a huge are for dancing while I waited for one of the pinball machines. They set up a little room with things of the 80's era. It was like walking through memory lane while in search of these keys. It was one of the games for attendees to turn in for schwag. In the back room there is a half court basketball station set up for a bit of shooting around. All while we were waiting for a customized baseball cap. You can select any of the patches on the cap that they offered. Plenty of people playing different hotel roles like a few maids, bellboys, front desk clerks. It was fun and Jack Daniels promoted with suggestions to take an Uber home for the night with $10 coupons. Drink responsibly and designate a driver.

I'd heard of Beyond the Streets before through various Art in the Streets exhibits, but had no idea that they now had a permanent physical home until I read that article. The hubby and I are longtime GWAR fans so had to go check it out! There's metered parking around the gallery, but you can also park for free on nearby neighborhoods streets. The gallery was quite sizable, with several exhibition rooms and a gift shop, of course. It's free to enter, and the exhibit was really great. Since then the hubby and I've returned for the Shepard Fairey exhibit and are looking forward to coming back for more!

Parking is street in LA so you have to have realistic expectations. I did have some issues with the parking meters out front that did not like my debit cards, so it took a few tries at a few spots before finding somewhere that worked. I don't count this against them because that's LAs fault, just wanted to share it with all readers here. Overall, it was an experience I made and was absolutely necessary for a Bohab like me.

I was not able to get a tour of the studio but from my experience everything is ran very smoothly. There was no confusion on where to go or what to do and my boyfriend and I were very pleased at the staff. We were treated with the best customer service and the show was great! So happy I got to see the beautiful Chrissy teigen! I am such a huge fan! If you are interested in these shows you most definitely have to experience being a live audience. Small studio but intimate. Beautiful set. The hosts are super super super friendly with the audience. They interact with the audience and chat with them when the show is finished. The stage manager is great in controlling the time, 2 hours taping. The Parking: For TV taping, you park at the public parking structure right across from the studio.
