Really, it's a 3.5. service, was a meh. She was cranky, not willing to tell me what beer they had…read moreon tap, had to walk up and look myself. It's a dive bar, so I'm not expecting grade A, but have the list available to people. Odd there was a bouncer at the door. Like it's a restaurant. Must get rowdy?? I don't know. It was Saturday at 7pm when we were there, nothing out of the ordinary. Now, this is not our first time eating here. We are from out of town and probably make it to grand forks once a year maybe. The first time we had wings here, out of this world!! This time...soup master zero. Absolutely drowning in sauce. And they were 5000 degrees, so too hot to eat and handle. By the time we were able to eat them, soggy. The wings themselves also, in our humble opinion too big. The drummies where huge!! I dont like them that big, again just adds to the texture problem. We got traditional buffalo level 15. Flavor was excellent and heat was nice and hot, but not challenging. Also got the peanut butter. Fun!! And the jelly side dip was an excellent pairing. Wouldn't want more than 6, honestly 3 would be good as a fun little novelty. The deep fried okra was a hard pass. Bland, soggy, stupid. Don't bother.

Favorite little dive place, but 5 star dive. Best wings around, best pasta and food! Cheap cold…read moredrinks, great specials. 21 and older only. Service is always good and the atmosphere has a nice garage feels.

Absolutely do not go here if you like good service. Both "waitresses" are incredibly rude,…read moredisrespectful and will ignore the entire table for most of the visit. I had a coffee that was empty and at edge of table since before the meal arrived and was never offered a refill and when I asked, it never came. We had sat on the bar side as someone in the group had wanted a Ceaser but we couldn't order this from the other side and I sure wish we could have been maybe the servers are better on the restaurant side. After having the drink made horribly twice, I'm not someone that drinks them but it smelled like a marinating steak it had some much Worcestershire sauce and can't imagine that's what it's supposed to be smell like, I really wished we had sat on other side as she then just had water but yet we were still expected to pay for these drinks. When asked if they could be taken off, we were told that since they remade it and made 2 drinks, they would need to charge us for it. So because they messed up twice, we had to pay for it. The worst part of the experience was then the other waitress decided it was appropriate to chime in from across the bar in front of everyone asking why we ordered so many not expecting to pay for them, while there was only 15-20 people in the restaurant, this is wildly unprofessional and made for a very terrible end to already unpleasant experience. I would have been happy to pay for the drink had it not taste like pure steak marinate. You would think as an obvious career waitress who will never be qualified to do much more would have some customer service skill but apparently she's not really qualified for this either

I simply wanted a drink, a hot meal and to relax. I got a drink…read more... My meal was delivered with no silverware or condiments. I went to fetch my own. I found the condiments and a knife but could not find a fork. By the time I got silverware my meal was cold. Mind you I was sitting right at the bar, not off in a corner. I asked if I could receive a hot meal. Jen was not happy and on her way to the kitchen kicked the aluminum swinging doors. As I was talking to the customer next to me and telling them of the situation, she yells across the bar,"you have silverware NOW!" Not a relaxing atmosphere. The steak was way overcooked. I ordered it medium and it was delivered with zero pink in the middle. Very disappointing visit.

Read the earlier reviews and had a different experience…read more Staying next door so tried it out. 830pm on a Friday night. Sat instantly, by very welcoming and helpful staff. The place seems ideal for larger groups watching sports tbh, screens everywhere, lively open room, etc. Listen, is this some romantic dinner or high end steakhouse? Not in my opinion. But it does deliver on the classics with an unassuming vibe.

This review is for the location in Steinbach. 65 PTH #12N…read moreSteinbach, MB We arrived for lunch and it was quite busy, but because we only had three people we were able to get in quite quickly. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I couldn't decide between the hamburger and the chicken club. I really love the clubhouse sandwiches at Garwood Grill and Roxies and was hoping for some of the same here. Unfortunately, their version of a chicken club is just a regular chicken sandwich with bacon and tomato added. On top of that, my chicken was burned and the burned parts were quite tough. I did not want to complain and have to wait for another chicken sandwich though. The fries were OK but as we got close to the bottom, they seem to get tough and grainy. It is a little difficult to explain. Their onion rings as an appetizer were absolutely fantastic. The buffalo chicken sandwich was OK. The hamburger was decent. This is kind of like a sports bar feel and they had large TV setups. It is a very open restaurant so there was a relatively loud background noise, but otherwise OK. While the service was very good , the food was basically average for the main meals. Overall, not really worth the cost for me.
