I LOVE this store but maybe its because I'm a COACH fan!! This outlet is easy to get to off Rte 1 in Kittery. Store is always clean, nice & neat. I'm always greeted upon arrival & informed of their sales that they are ALWAYS having. The associates are around but they're not up your butt while you shop which is nice & relaxing. There is always a percentage off of most items & if your not good at math or don't feel like trying to figure out the final cost you can always ask someone on the floor & they will happily help you out & tell you the end cost. I can't say that I've never walked out of this store without a purchase in my hands!! ....lol I just got some cute items last mth. I always find something I like there. Excellent choices. Staff is always super friendly and very helpful.

We walked in here thinking we wouldn't be able to afford a thing... we were WRONG! The sales person at the door was handing out 30% off coupons, and told us we could stack the coupons onto all the items in the store -- including the 50% off prices in the back! Score! I think the sales person on the floor thought I was totally stupid or disabled, since I kept asking her to use her calculator to figure out the prices, and then I would scream, 'OMG, how can that be right? Do it again!' She was really tolerant of me and my friend giggling like drunk teenagers, so she was way cool. Here's what I got and have spent the last 24 hours hugging, caressing, and worshiping (sad life, I realize that): Black leather cross body purse - $42, green sling signature bag - $38, green signature wallet - $25. Yes, that's right. BARGAIN. Hubby didn't even cringe when I told him about the purchase. Usually he gets mad about another bag purchase, but this time he said, "Wow, sounds like a bargain. I love coach but will never spend $300-$400 dollars on a purse. I will however spend $100 and thats what you can get here. They have the coach outlet store purses which you cannot find at a coach retail store and are a step above the fake ones at flea markets. They then have the ones from the retail stores that are last season or whatever. Those are in the back left corner and are 50% retail prices. Thats where I go :) They then always have sales that are somewhere between 20%-40% off what is already 50% off retail. They have scarves, coats, mittens, shoes, sunglasses, perfume and a large variety considering the store itself is on the small side. The only coach items they do not carry is jewelry. I always seem to find a deal here and recommend a visit :) Yes, the ladies do kind of stalk you but I will deal with it to get a great deal on a purse. read more

While I am a guy and ashamed that I like this store and am giving it 4 stars you need to hear me out. First off, I have a fiance and shes kinda picky...like won't buy any other brand pocket book other than Coach. This is the same girl that told me she would never buy a Coach bag when I met her 4 years ago. Yeah, she's kinda high maintenance and didn't want me knowing but that's besidces the fact. Who doesn't like saving money when they can? Especially when it's $150 or more on a stupid bag with a bunch of C's all over it. I'm not a Coach fan myself but a do have a Coach wallet...however I did not pay for it, she did. I'll admit it, I don't get the whole Coach phenomenon but for her I do buy into it. While I did not like being harassed by 5 separate employees while trying to find a bag, or being asked what type of bad I was looking for (By the way who the hell asks a guy that? And what did she expect for a response? Ummm, yeah I want the deep plum Signature Carly Hobo with A Brass Clasp and Khaki lettering....COME ON!...what guy is going to seriously answer you! ok rants over...back to review..) but I did find some good deals and was able to save $150 so I guess it was worth it. Plus the girl behind the counter was cute unlike all the washed up old cheerleaders who also worked there. For a deal on a bag which is real unlike those on EBAY, I sadly am saying that yes it is a good store. read more

I would normally consider Coach to be a 1-2 star sort of place just for their pricing. I don't find the bags to be any more beautiful than a $20 to $50 purse, plus they're usually to big for my taste. Maybe if I loved them more, I'd feel differently. The reason they got a 3 star review (or a purchase) out of me is because I was able to snag the cutest little plaid purse --- original "are you kidding me?!?!" price of $188 --- for $41.99. Love clearance plus additional % off. 78% off? Who wouldn't reconsider? PS I'm blaming Lindsay for getting me in this store, she's the one who mentioned 30%. :) read more

I've been 3 times in the past week. Everyone working there has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and materials.

Definately a great value for a Coach fan. I saw a handbag in there recently that was priced at $350 in the Coach store over the holidays and was now priced at the outlet for $150. The sales people act like they are not sure how long the 20% coupons handed at the door will last but it is given out everyday. Sometimes they give out 30% coupons instead, though. It's great that the coupon can be stacked on top of a 40% off sale for a total savings of 60%. Great deal! read more

I took my wife for our anniversary this year (her bday last year) and she loves it. 50% off the price tag and another 30% coupon that they give you when you walk in. She picked a bag that was originally $700 - so it was worth the trip. The sales staff are always very friendly - coming up to me as I sit and wait for the ordeal to end. Only negative - they need more comfortable seating. read more

Very nice staff, and AMAZING deals on this store. Some of the designs they carry are just amazing and you wont find them anywhere in macy's or some other mall stores but we were very happy with the service and staff. The staff really tried to understand our requirements and make suggestions. Will definitely visit again. read more
