The place is clean and organized. The process was about 1 hour, including prep and the process itself. She guarantees to move up four shades at least, or it's free. This is the first time I've done a professional whitening treatment. I could relax, put on my headphones, and watch some videos while waiting for the results to kick in.

I am so glad I found this place on Instagram. This location was absolutely beautiful, the service was amazing and Jessica was the sweetest. For being in uptown, they're located in a small plaza that has a ton of parking- which is a definite plus! Out of all my self care appointments, this has probably been one of my favorites! I felt comfortable the whole time, was checked in with multiple times and was told what was happening throughout the whole appointment. They have iPads with all the streaming services, complimentary headphones and a holder for the iPads or your phone, to keep busy while you whiten. You even get a fuzzy blanket to cover yourself while there, which was really nice. I did the sensitive teeth treatment and I had absolutely no sensitivity during my app or after. You also go home with a goody bag and a ton of info. From start to finish, I loved every bit. I'm very happy with my results and would definitely return!

Took my daughter there as a birthday gift. They were very easy to book I paid my initial deposit and showed up on time. It's important to note that this is in a locked building with many different vendors inside so I was a little confused when I initially pulled up. However after going inside she was treating another patient and managed her small space in Costa Mesa very well. My daughter was around a color 13 when she arrived and left as a color 3. She explained the process of how the pores in your teeth need to close and the food that you can and cannot eat after getting your whitening. Everybody was so impressed with her results. It's now been four months since her treatment and her results are sustained. I'll definitely be back! read more

I went in for a teeth whitening session today and it was amazing from start to end. Jessica did a great job explaining everything, and compared to another whitening location I had been to years ago, Coco Blanc is light years ahead from the other location. I felt no pain whatsoever with Jessica, whereas my experience at another location was horrible. I was extremely satisfied with my whitening results, and the ambiance and decor really made the experience that much better. I felt totally relaxed and took a nap at some point lol! Jessica also offered me an iPad and earbuds to watch Netflix, and I felt that was a great option! It really made my session that much more enjoyable, and before I knew it my session was over. I will definitely be coming back for a touch up in a few months. I HIGHLY recommend Coco Blanc for your teeth whitening, do not hesitate. read more

This was my second experience with Jessica at Coco Blanc. I first took my teenage son post braces removal, I took advantage of their duo special, and my son and I had great results! Today I took my daughter post braces as well. She wasn't very excited about her smile after her braces were removed so I knew whitening them would cheer her up. Jessica's approach is very, profesional, informative, and gentle. I am naturally a very sensitive person but none of us experienced any sensitivity and our teeth were whitened a minimum of 10 shades. Booking online was very easy & once my appointment was approved, I was sent online forms to fill in so that once you get to your appointment, there is no need to fill in any forms. I appreciated this step. Reminders of your appointment are also sent via text message. I had such an amazing experience with Ashley today as she was sweet, kind & very attentive throughout the whole process. I was comfortable & at ease & she made sure to explain every step & check up on me as well. The place is very clean, modern & pretty & I was also given after care instructions & a post care kit with water, toothbrush & toothpaste as well as the before & after pictures. I love my results ! I'm extremely upset how I was treated today I had told the worker that I was in pain & hurting she did not seem to care I also let the owner jessica know that she had made me bleed & I was obviously not a priority to them because I never got a response & got ignored , when I left I was in excruciating pain my gums were bleeding & swollen. I didn't have no issues before my service, I believe I had a bad reaction to unclean implements because my mouth is full of blisters & I also never gave permission for them to post any pictures of me. People need to be aware of this issue because it's very unhygienic & unsafe. read more

Jessica truly goes above and beyond in ensuring that her clients understand the entire whitening process... shoot I even learned I was brushing my teeth/gums wrong in her explanation of teeth management. My fiancé purchased us the duo package and both had different experiences. My fiancé experienced extreme tooth sensitivity and Jessica quickly changed her approach to ensure he was comfortable. I was able to manage the entire process and WOW my teeth were unrecognizable as a heavy coffee and tea drinker. The place is in a good location and is very clean. I got there a few minutes early as she was finishing disinfecting the room from the previous client (which I really liked). I had a disappointing experience with Coco Blanc Teeth Whitening in Whittier. After my session, I ended up with severe tooth pain--bad enough that I had to visit a dentist for a special toothpaste and pain medication just to get some relief. It was definitely not the level of sensitivity I was expecting or prepared for. I also wish they had been more transparent about the products and ingredients they use during the treatment. When it comes to something as sensitive as teeth whitening, clarity and communication are really important, and I didn't feel like I got that here. They mentioned they would send before and after photos, but I never received them, which added to the overall frustration.
