After doing a little research, I found The Coco Blanc on Instagram and decided to call with a few questions before booking. Jessica, the owner, answered the phone herself and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed, which made me feel confident enough to book my appointment right away. I brought my nephew with me, and from the moment we walked in, we both felt welcomed. Jessica made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. She explained every step of the whitening process, checked in throughout the appointment to make sure we were comfortable, and shared great aftercare tips to help us maintain our results. I also appreciated that she was honest about expectations and explained that touch-ups are generally recommended every 3-6 months, depending on your eating and drinking habits. You can tell Jessica genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy with their results. The entire experience felt professional, personalized, and never rushed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend The Coco Blanc to anyone who's been thinking about getting their teeth whitened. I've done teeth whitening once a few years back but the process was nothing like the experience I've had at Coco Blanc. Everything was sterile and love the decor at the shop. I got my teeth whitening done by Deirdre. Hands down 10/10 experience. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and during the service would let me know of each step. I found this service off of a google search. You won't regret trying them out. Highly recommend Deirdre she's the sweetest and definitely plan on bringing some of my girlfriends here to pamper themselves. I'm now ready for attending all of the weddings this summer. I went from a 22 to a 10 in one shot. INSANE!

I went in for a teeth whitening session today and it was amazing from start to end. Jessica did a great job explaining everything, and compared to another whitening location I had been to years ago, Coco Blanc is light years ahead from the other location. I felt no pain whatsoever with Jessica, whereas my experience at another location was horrible. I was extremely satisfied with my whitening results, and the ambiance and decor really made the experience that much better. I felt totally relaxed and took a nap at some point lol! Jessica also offered me an iPad and earbuds to watch Netflix, and I felt that was a great option! It really made my session that much more enjoyable, and before I knew it my session was over. Took my daughter there as a birthday gift. They were very easy to book I paid my initial deposit and showed up on time. It's important to note that this is in a locked building with many different vendors inside so I was a little confused when I initially pulled up. However after going inside she was treating another patient and managed her small space in Costa Mesa very well. My daughter was around a color 13 when she arrived and left as a color 3. She explained the process of how the pores in your teeth need to close and the food that you can and cannot eat after getting your whitening. Everybody was so impressed with her results. It's now been four months since her treatment and her results are sustained. I'll definitely be back! read more

I actually ended up having to bring my two girls with me to my appointment, which was completely unplanned, and they could not have been more understanding. They went above and beyond to make my girls comfortable while they waited -- offering them water, letting them borrow an iPad to keep entertained, and even giving my daughter positive reinforcement for being so patient and well-behaved. Those little gestures meant so much to me and really showed how thoughtful and caring the staff is. Jessica, the owner, was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, honest, and accommodating, and I really appreciated that she took the time to make sure I understood everything. The pricing was also very affordable, especially considering the amazing results. And speaking of the results... I am SO impressed with how much whiter my teeth are! The place is in a good location and is very clean. I got there a few minutes early as she was finishing disinfecting the room from the previous client (which I really liked). Jessica, the owner knows her stuff! She made me feel very comfortable as she explained the procedure in detail. She answered all my questions and was very professional, yet friendly. I had a disappointing experience with Coco Blanc Teeth Whitening in Whittier. After my session, I ended up with severe tooth pain--bad enough that I had to visit a dentist for a special toothpaste and pain medication just to get some relief. It was definitely not the level of sensitivity I was expecting or prepared for. I also wish they had been more transparent about the products and ingredients they use during the treatment. When it comes to something as sensitive as teeth whitening, clarity and communication are really important, and I didn't feel like I got that here. They mentioned they would send before and after photos, but I never received them, which added to the overall frustration. Instead, I have been left with a painful and prolonged recovery process that has affected my confidence, mental well-being, and daily life. To their credit, they are currently attempting to treat the hyperpigmentation that resulted from the procedure with hydroquinone and tretinoin. However, it is incredibly frustrating to need corrective treatments for a problem that I believe should never have happened in the first place. I went in seeking cosmetic improvement, not months of recovery and additional interventions to address the damage. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that despite the severity of what I experienced and the ongoing costs, stress, and emotional suffering, I was not offered a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right financially has been almost as painful as the injuries themselves.
