I've been going to Dr. Sanjabi's office for several years now and I definitely recommend it. I'm a pretty nervous patient and I dislike the idea of people poking around in my mouth, but I'm very comfortable going here. All the staff are great; they're super friendly and they make a point of checking that I'm ok. His office staff are also able to easily navigate the complex world of my dental insurance - I'm still not sure how, but everything always matches up with the insurance company's records so I'm happy to leave them to it. Dr. Sanjabi even solved the mystery of my years of random mystery headaches and jaw pain by noticing I grind my teeth. He's very nice and I like the way he interacts with his staff. Worst dental office and front office. My mom went in for X-rays and a consult and guess what of course they did treatment on her, 4K worth. They never mentioned to her that they are out of network with her insurance, and they won't because that means more money for them. My poor mom obviously wants the best care, so she opted in not knowing the details. I'm in the Dental field and what they billed out is absurd! Also they never fully billed out everything they did.. umm what? That's fraud! I would never treat my patients that way, I go out of my way to explain every detail so they understand the treatment and insurance. All this office wants is money! No patient care and it feels like they take advantage. People reading this always ask details, details, details! On treatment and insurance.
