What bothered me the most was the way she spoke to an elderly patient it came across as disrespectful, impatient, and unprofessional. I also asked if they could hold off on filling my son's other cavity because I wanted time to decide whether I wanted that procedure done that day which only took 2 minutes I told her we can proceed with the other cavity. Instead of responding professionally, Cecilia immediately said, "Nope, the room is cleaned up," in a rude, dismissive tone, with a smirk on her face. As a parent, I should be able to ask questions and make decisions about my child's treatment without being made to feel rushed or dismissed. The front desk and patient care staff should treat every patient and family with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Based on my experience, Cecilia's attitude was completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, they don't deserve even one star. If I could, I'd give a negative star.
