They saw how anxious I was but worked with me through the process, made me feel like they were one of my friends! Dr.Farag was wonderful and I almost fell asleep when he was working on my tooth! The visit did last a couple hours so one of the staff members got me a smoothie and I'm insanely grateful for that! Poor communication and dishonest billing practices. Billed me for "comprehensive exam" when only…read moreone tooth was examined and addressed. Nothing about my other teeth, gum health, jaw problems that I mentioned during intake. When I contacted them about fixing the billing, I never received a response. I was also promised a follow up on my insurance, didn't receive one. Also I booked my appointment with Dr Laura, but received an exam from Dr Katelyn instead. Would have been fine, however I didn't find the bedside manner to be great. For example when I mentioned that I wanted braces she simply asked "Why?" I found this odd since previous dentists had observed issues with my jaw alignment, bite, and teeth crowding.. but this time the dentist seemed confused as to why I'd even want braces. If a comprehensive exam was truly given in the first place, I don't think it would have been a question. Another example: after examining my cracked tooth she said matter-of-factly "I think we both know that it needs to go". Actually no I didn't know, that's why I wanted to get it examined in the first place rather than asking for an extraction. Weird vibes the whole time, just seemed annoyed like I was wasting her time. The place wasn't busy when I went, but wait times were very long. In total I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. The actual exam was less than 10 minutes. I added one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

However, without notice, they placed me with a "floating" dentist that is not covered by my Delta Dentist insurance. WHY????? This was purposely done and they charged me whatever they wanted. Sad that the clients needs were highly abused. As a result, just for cleaning and X-rays ONLY, I was at THEIR financial mercy and they overcharged me an exuberant amount of money, way over $3000. Per Delta, some of the charges (at least 4 in my account) were part of the service already charged. Why were those codes added separately? Thank God I checked. No bueno. Just sending the consumer a quick reminder that though the place looks decent, the "nice" fast talking staff is NOT really looking out for you. I highly "do not" recommend this place. BEWARE!
