Stopped by The Coffee Bean in Yuma and our iced coffee was really good. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience easy. The place is clean, bright, and feels well taken care of. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The only thing is the surrounding area feels a little run-down, but the shop itself is definitely worth the stop.

The store has had a relevant makeover since the last time I visited. The Matcha I ordered was delicious; Miriam the cashier turned a possible "NO" question into a "let me see what can be done" answer. Almost unheard of! I believe they have an Open Mic Night a few nights a week as well. It's definitely worth checking them out.

The Coffee Bean is everything you'd expect from a coffee shop and more. On top of having a relaxed atmosphere, the staff is friendly attentive, and professional. One of my favorite items on their vast menu is the acai which comes jam-packed with everything your heart desires. I always got with extra peanut butter.

The food here is great! And they are so speedy! Multiple people working together flawlessly to provide excellent service. The place is very chiq and very clean looking. You feel like you're walking into some thing very high end. It can be a bit pricey, but overall worth it!

I like to head here for quick coffee and friendly service in the mornings. I have never tried the food, but the pastries do always look temping. I like to support the smaller business when I can as opposed to making a bee line to Starbucks even if they are more convenient. Cheers! read more

Definitely not the coffee bean that I was expecting but the woman who was working here was so sweet. They have a long selection of smoothies with all sorts of combinations. There's something for everyone. Got the tropical twist smoothie and she let me substitute the coconut for blueberries. It was delicious! I wish they would move to San Diego cause I would definitely go back if they did. read more

Very nice family owned business. Friendly staff, patient for me when I didn't know what I wanted, very good milk way drink and a bananna nut muffin. They didn't have a changing station for my newborn so they let me use their office. Peaceful atmosphere read more

Keep your Starbucks, I'll be at The Coffee Bean. A cozy yet well known gem by Yuma locols serving the best coffees, teas and fruit smoothies this side of the Colorado. Breakfasts and lunch are always a delight with the BEST TORTILLA SOUL anywhere in Yuma. Our favorite drink is: ESPRESSO SHAKE HALF AND HALF WITH THREE SHOTS. And with the tortilla soup and half of a egg salad sandwich, well that's lunch. What more can I say? Right now they are closed and that makes me kinda sad. But tomorrow is a new day with The Coffee Bean open and ready or business. Oh, did I mention that they offer FREE, yes FREE WI- FI to all of their customers with WI-FI needs. And art work from local artists. Check it out, you'll be glad you did. read more

Wraps are fresh and delicious!!! Moka and latte with almond milk tasted like burnt vegetable oil. Suggestion: get better quality vegan milk. Or maybe coffee is roasted with oil??? Dunno! Staff is very friendly and helpful!! Great if you are on the run!! Good place to grab a bite!! read more

A well-run establishment with excellent staff that seem to include the owners ( a good sign ! ) which offers coffee drinks, smoothies, soup and sandwiches that are really well-made and presented, including being brought to your table after ordering at the register. Their "trademark" blended coffee drinks such as mochas and shakes are exceptionally tasty...Judging from the steady presence of customers the word has already spread; give 'em a try ! read more

Very nice place. and very good coffee and and shakes. I love going in the mornign for their flavored coffee, and love they that offer free refills while your still in the store. What I really like about the place is that you know the owners and it doesnt have that corporate feel. So you feel like you going to your friends store. read more

Absolutely love this place. Plus the vanilla espresso shakes are addictive. I had a bacon,turkey, and avocado sandwich, so good. I appreciated the fact that they split our sandwich as frankly with the vanilla shakes are so full of great taste. The best coffee spot in Yuma. read more

If anyone knows anything about eating Acai...it's me. I have had it all over Cali and so far the one at Coffee bean is the best, hands down. They are the only ones who keep it pure and don't blend it up with sugary juice so it's thin, runny, and no longer good for you. Squeezed, in Yuma, blends theirs with bottled apple juice!! Lol I don't even give that stuff to my kids!! If you want healthy, go to coffee bean, they will do their best to make it EXACTLY how you want it. In addition, they do have the best coffee, blows Starbucks away! Everyone there is always so nice and helpful, never ever rude. I am all for supporting locally owned businesses and not chains. read more

I managed this business for the original owners for over nine years and had the opportunity to buy it in 2007. I love what I do and love working my shop daily. my children were 2 and one wasn't even born yet. Now they both work for our family business as part timers as they attend school full time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had at Coffee Bean this evening. We were visiting Yuma to see relatives, and as lifelong customers, Coffee Bean has always been a nostalgic and meaningful stop for us. Unfortunately, tonight's visit fell far below the standards we have come to expect. We attempted to call the shop four to five times around 7:00 p.m. to place a pickup order, knowing the store closes at 8:00 p.m. and wanting to be respectful of the staff's time. No one answered. Despite this, we drove approximately 25 minutes to the shop and arrived at 7:45 p.m., where we saw several customers still inside. When we approached the counter, the employee informed us, without courtesy or professionalism, "Hi, we have way too many orders to make, so we are not taking any more orders for tonight. We are closed now." We simply thanked her and left, but the interaction was shocking and disappointing. We have never encountered such dismissive service in all the years we've visited this establishment. Knowing how much pride Claudia, the owner, takes in her business, this experience did not reflect the values we know she upholds. Given the current economic climate and the challenges businesses face, it is concerning to see employees refusing service well before closing time, especially to loyal customers who made every effort to be considerate. This experience has left a very negative impression on us. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used constructively to ensure the staff receives the training and guidance necessary to uphold the level of service Coffee Bean has long been known for. read more

I absolutely love going to The Coffee Bean! The service is always amazing and the staff is so friendly. Gissell, especially, makes every visit special--she's always the sweetest whether I go in or call to place a pick-up order. She already knows my order by heart and makes me feel so welcomed, like part of the family. It's those little touches that make this place stand out.
