I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered 3 meat varieties and each was flavorful, savory, and perfectly seasoned.
