This spot is brand new, and I really hope they do so well! I had an iced vanilla latte with simple syrup sweetener. I enjoyed it. The coffee was strong which I enjoyed. Some lattes nowadays are so diluted and barely taste like coffee. There was a good ratio of all the components in this drink. I also had a blueberry scone. It was moist, and it wasn't too sweet. The blueberries were fresh and cooked so well. They have lots of pottery and yarn available for sale. There are also some screen printed cards for sale. The staff was kind and friendly and so proud of their shop. It is four friends who own the shop which is so fun. Highly recommend stopping in here ASAP!

There is seating inside as well as some tables and chairs outside as well. I found the coffee and food at The Mill to be excellent. There are many coffee and tea selections as well as some pastries in the front section and waffles. The waffles seem to be the only hot food item there, but it is very popular and is an item totally worth getting. The waffles is an excellent size and has a crispy outside and chewing interior. It comes with powdered sugar all over the top and your choice of jam or maple syrup. I went with the jam and I really enjoyed the waffle with it. The coffee was of very high quality. I had the cold brew with their sweet cream on the top. The cold brew was strong and the cream had a premium stiffness to it that standard coffee places don't do. It was not very sweet and for those who enjoy their coffee with less sugar, this is great. I found the coffee enjoyable throughout my time with it as I sat in the cafe hanging out with my friend. The Mill is a a top notch cafe and well worth a visit.

Awesome Iced Espresso Drink Is My New Addiction!…read more SITREP I've been coming to Chloé Cà Phê & Roastery now since late Winter and it has become my go-to spot to post and enjoy coffee in my neighborhood (and it's only 3 blocks away from where I live, so that's a big plus!) THE SETUP I was only a "Daily Brew" sort of guy when I started coming here 7 months ago, but then a couple of months ago I was turned onto their Ca Phe Su Da - four (4) Espresso shots served over ice! I was sold! Most of the time, I get it "as is". Sometimes I throw in a bag of Splenda. Sometimes I add a spoonful of heavy cream. Sometimes I add in both: depends on my mood. But now I have a new favorite "go-to" coffee beverage, and it's deLISH and it hits the spot! THE LOWDOWN Chloe has an amazing menu of coffee offerings that you need to check out! It's got awesome indoor seating, some nice DJ music offerings at times, and an excellent place to meet up with friends and/or just post with your laptop a spell!

Honestly my first thoughts were, "why is there a car in here?" but Im sure car enthusiasts would fancy seeing a luxurious prestige vehicle in a cafe and everyone else would find it interesting as it is unusual for a cafe to just have a car right in the middle of its establishment. Their menu isnt overwhelming and only has a few selections, theres good pastries to try out as well. Coffee was alright and the pastries were ok, overall I guess I was just more distracted by the business's set pieces. In any case, check the place out, parking can be a pain if it gets busy, typical downtown sac. Issues.

The people that work there were so cool! I'm thinking about moving to the area and they were really great about giving me a lot of suggestions of neighborhoods to look at. It seems that they specialize in a lot of iced flavored coffees, as that is what I saw most of the people that were there when I was getting. I just wanted a latte with a little bit of honey and cinnamon. Was kind of surprised that they don't carry cinnamon at their shop, that's a coffee shop staple. I did enjoy the latte, though, the roast on the beans was very nice. The vibe in this old home is so cool, lots of people just chatting and hanging out. Was a really great place to pass a little time in a beautiful neighborhood. I would return to this coffee shop. I didn't try any of the pastries that were available, but I did see a case with a selection.

The specials are especially great. On my first visit to Mast I tried their churro inspired latte. I loved the cinnamon and brown sugar flavor and especially appreciated that it wasn't 'too sweet to the taste. My wife, who also enjoys coffee with a little less sugar, was impressed with their Tokyo Fog matcha. She really enjoys the natural earthy matcha flavor and the Tokyo Fog gave that to her with some beautiful floral notes. Service was fast and we had our coffees very quickly. The cafe itself is well furnished and would be an incredible place to do some work on the go or just to hang out with friends. The ambiance is calm with some really great decorations around. It's not gaudy at all - just a smooth vibe. The food here is also of high quality. The pastries in the front case look beautiful and also have a rich flavor profile. I had their savory bacon bear claw and it was packed with bacon bits and cheese. Perhaps on my next visit to this location I'll give their kitchen items a try as they looked like they would make a great breakfast.

Judging by the line at 7 am, we clearly weren't the only ones with that idea. It moved a little slower than expected, but no one seemed to mind. I'm a simple drip coffee kind of gal, and this was one of those cups that reminds you how good coffee can be when it's done well. No frills, just really exceptional coffee. The café itself feels bright, open, and welcoming. I loved the calming color palette, the beautiful mural celebrating the coffee-growing journey, and the cheerful little touches throughout the space, even the sign that read, "I followed my heart and it led me to Pachamama."
