This adorable place was worth the detour from our travels on the interstate. The people are friendly, the shop adorable (with vintage items for sale as well as merch). The prices were amazing compared to other coffee shops and we enjoyed our drinks a ton. The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is the wait. It took quite a while to get them. This is a very cute and comfortable coffeehouse. The decor is cozy, yet modern. There is plenty of seating and there are also plenty of places to work with lots of electrical outlets. Large variety of coffee drinks, which can be served hot, iced, or frozen. Nice variety of pastries as well. My only wish is that they would've served our coffee in ceramic mugs instead of paper cups. I asked, but was told they do paper only. I just like drinking from ceramic mugs, since to me it adds to the experience. read more

This was my first time here, as I'm a new resident to Harrison and I seriously love this place. I have a coffee shop I've loved out of town, but this place is perfect. The coffee was great, they went above and beyond just to make a muffin great and the atmosphere rocks. Sitting outside is great or the inside is pretty decently quiet, even for the decent amount of people that were there in the afternoon (about noon). I would highly recommend this place! First time here. I stopped on my way to Cincinnati. Cute little place and the lady at the counter who waited on me was extremely nice. I had a chai latte and a lemon blueberry coffee cake. I love chai and this one fell a little bit short, it was pretty watered down and didn't have a ton of flavor. The lemon blueberry coffee cake is made at another bakery and brought in. I really liked the flavor of it and the part that had the icing on it was delicious but when you got to the back of it it was pretty dry. I will try it again on another day and make different choices. read more

The coffee is sooo good. Nearly every drink I've tried is great. The sugar daddy was especially good. The only one I wasn't a fan of was the lavender latte and the barista warned me in advance that some people don't like how much lavender is in it. So that's on me. The place is nice and cozy too. read more

This place is adorable. It's casual, friendly, and a great place to meet a friend, have a cup of coffee, grab a glass of wine/beer, or find a quiet spot to get some work done. it's been YEARS since I visited downtown Harrison, OH, and I am so glad I did this week. Full disclosure here though. I came to the Coffee Peddlar for a purpose. They keep a specific craft non-alcoholic beer in stock that I have been wanting to try. It's not available from distributors yet in Ohio, so they special order it and sell it at a very reasonable price. I stopped in to pick up a 6-pack of each variety of Athletic Brewing Co beers they have in stock. I wasn't planning to eat, but there was a decent crowd at 11:30 on a Friday and the reviews were wonderful, so I stayed for a cup of soup. I had the New England clam chowder and it was so therapeutic on this cold January Friday. To my delight, they included a little baby Twix as a treat as well as an inspiration note card. What an incredible touch. Beyond the food and atmosphere, I left with a full belly and an inspired heart. What more could you ask for? Grab a friend, stop in and take the opportunity to catch up in a cozy, vintage atmosphere with wonderful, welcoming service. read more

I can't get over how cute this place is!! I love the half tables along the wall, the little nook with shirts, and just about everything else. They have a huge drink menu. And every drink has a fun name, which I enjoy, however you have no clue what the drink consists of unless you ask. I'm completely comfortable asking endless questions, so I did. After playing 20 questions with both baristas I ended up getting the fireside latte. It had honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. It was delightful, but man was it sweet and huge! I couldn't even finish it. Was a bit away from home and my normal go to coffee places and found this lovely little coffee shop! Anytime I find a Crimson Cup I have to stop by!!! The place was very well decorated and the barista was very friendly and fast! I did feel bad for her because she was working by herself and a little rush came in... but she handled it very well! Coffee shops are a frequent thing for me, and this is by far my favorite of them all to date. There are plenty of seating areas to hang out, work, eat, etc. staff is super friendly and helpful. I am OBSESSED with their Buckeye Mocha drink. It will not disappoint. Love that they also have soup and sandwiches available, along with some other things to snack on while you hang out. So glad I found this place after moving near the Harrison area. It will be a frequent spot we visit from now on! read more
