I had to BEG for photos and updates knowing my dog wasn't eating for a week. Then they pass the SAME PHOTO and even sent me a screen shot of the edited time stamp to prove that they it wasn't edited. Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. Attached are pics of the two weight pictures (drop off and pick up), a screen shot of the text message exchange and a close up showing the actual time stamp. The biggest thing is that I had a dog with special needs that was away from home not eating and I wasn't getting communication.

I did some research and found this place, so I decided to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! From the 1st day, as soon as he got into the car he was snoozing in the backseat. It was such a miracle. At other daycare facilities I have taken him to, he would still have energy at the end of the day, and it would take a bit for him to finally settle once he got home. But here at Top Paw, he sleeps through the whole night! I take him to work with me and even the staff has commented about how calm and sleepy he is after Daycare. I also love that they are so flexible with their times. Somedays I have to be at work before 4pm so I need to grab him before I go in, and they are open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri and I can drop off/pick up anytime during those hours. And they even have daycare on the weekends which is soooo helpful for when I work weekend shifts. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They always promise to get him nice and tired and they deliver on it. I have been recommending Top Paw to all of my fellow pup parents when they ask where I take him. Thanks to them for always taking care of my boy!

Our travel plans change often, but Barney's Ranch consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our busy lives. Their flexibility and communication make everything so much easier. We're truly grateful for the entire staff and the owners. Boarding can be stressful, but knowing our pups are safe, loved, and having fun gives us total peace of mind. I take my three girls here and because they are small they are able to sleep in the same sleeping area when boarded, as well as play in the same size play area. My 4 month old Cocker Spaniel, Wally and I are currently in Rebeccas puppy/beginner class at What…read morean Obedient Dog. We are going into our 4th week this week, and after only 3 classes I am seeing amazing results. Wally is showing more focus, better household manners, obeying extremely well... I have always trained my own dogs with good success, but Wally, being a service dog in training, I wanted professional help from the beginning. Rebecca has made all the difference in the world! The best part is that she doesn't necessarily train our dogs (in group classes), she trains pet parents to train their dogs, and has enlightened me to techniques and animal thought processes that I would have never aquired without her insite. She is full of great information, makes herself available via phone, email and text. Saturday evening I left her a message that I was having an issue with Wally turning a leave-it command into a new game. She returned my call on Sunday morning, and spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me to correct the behavior. With the advice she gave, once again, by the end of the day I was seeing results. What an Obedient Dog, and Rebecca are amazing. They shed light on how dogs think, how to relate/think like a pup, practice positive reinforcement and are always available to help address each pets particular nuances. I can't say enough great things about them. I will definitely be following up with her intermediate classes, CGC classes and testing and then service dog trainings. I highly recommend What an Obedient Dog! They have so far surpassed my expectations.
