We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. Wow, I'm so impressed! I signed Archie up for the 2-week program for reactivity to other dogs, moving objects, and general obedience. Melissa was our trainer, and she was AMAZING! Archie started out barking at dogs we encountered on walks, barking at our doorbell or ring cameras whenever they chimed, demand barking, and having separation anxiety when in a crate. After 2 weeks with Melissa and the K-9 Culture crew, I feel like Archie is a different dog. He can now stay in the crate without demand barking, has gotten so much better with our doorbell/ring chimes, and listens to corrections and commands. As far as the personal situation with your employee. She did not seem sad she seemed eager to be a little rough with him. Didn't let that bother me in case she was being sarcastic and went along on my way onto my trip. Yes, she was very nice upon my return. My dog didn't flinch or cower or hide and be scared before coming to your location. I thought my review was pretty fair and straightforward. I never requested free grooming. So you need to check yourself when you say that to me. Your prices are low already so why would I request Free grooming?! I asked about grooming and then I changed my mind just in case if he were to be left cold and wet for any reason in a kennel that clearly had so many dogs there at that time. I told you I would consider upon coming back doing a grooming session and possibly training. How dare you say that I was asking for something for free. I will NEVER recommend your facility. Poor way of handling this and I've never received ANY type of concern for how my dog was reacting after being there. You had an opportunity to do something perhaps to have me come there and see if my dog would enter the facility again. I was even considering since I had a trip coming up to try it one more time. However I cannot pull myself to bring my dog there again after the way that he was cowering, protecting his hind area and flinching when I went to pet him. He whimpered in his sleep. So I'm not sorry for going to stick with my gut. I'm also going to stick with the fact that I don't appreciate what you said in your poor response either. Never. Never did I ask for free grooming. Took our 3 month old puppy for a puppy training class. We were very impressed the moment we stepped through the front door. The facility is huge and clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We all had so much fun in class both the puppy and the humans. Our instructor is very knowledgeable and patient. I had a wonderful experience having my shih tzu trained here. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. My pup was a bit of a challenge because of an eye injury he got from another dog a few months ago. Which made him very reactive to other dogs and unable to have anything around his neck such as a collar. Not being able to use a collar was a challenge but Julie accepted that challenge and knocked it out of the park. By the time we had our last session. He was able to not react to multiple dogs running all around him and playing. I was amazed. Julie is so great at what she does. We are very happy with the results from taking our two French bulldogs to K9 Culture for three weeks of individual and joint training. They worked with each of the dogs individual training needs and then brought them together for joint training. They not only helped our dogs learn and respond to multiple commands but also with our males reactivity to other dogs and distractions. They helped build not only the dogs confidence but ours too in helping us to better communicate, handle, and better understanding the cues. My dog is a rescue dog that had severe aggression issues. He is sweet and obedient but his anxiety around some people and dogs was a real problem. He did the 4 week training program . He became much better as a result. I highly recommend Mo as a trainer. She is a true trainer. Loves dogs. And it's obvious. He still has trouble from time to time. No words can express how great of an experience we had with Charles and K-9 Culture! We brought our newly adopted 2-year-old English Labrador in for a 3-week board and train, and he came home a completely different dog. Prior to training, he lacked self-confidence and was stubborn due to the limited amount of socialization he received while living in kennels on a farm. When we picked him up today his personality and confidence were abundant. He is also very obedient and responds to verbal and non-verbal cues. We took our 18 month Rottweiler, Beemo, here for K9 Culture's board and train program while we were on vacation. We wanted to put him through training because we taught him basic commands, but he was easily distracted (and wouldn't listen) when other dogs or humans were around. We just picked him up and are about to start group classes with him and he is doing great! Kimberly and the K9 Culture team were great with Beemo and we loved getting our daily Pupdates with pictures, videos and his report card for the day! We look forward to getting him into the advanced classes once we master the basics. Our Vizsla attended the three week board and train in July 2023. Her trainer, Gracie, has been fantastic throughout this whole process. Our puppy has learned so much, and really works hard with us at home to be the best version of herself!
