Took our 3 month old puppy for a puppy training class. We were very impressed the moment we stepped through the front door. The facility is huge and clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We all had so much fun in class both the puppy and the humans. Our instructor is very knowledgeable and patient. We are so glad to have found such a wonderful place for our puppy.

I had a wonderful experience having my shih tzu trained here. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. My pup was a bit of a challenge because of an eye injury he got from another dog a few months ago. Which made him very reactive to other dogs and unable to have anything around his neck such as a collar. Not being able to use a collar was a challenge but Julie accepted that challenge and knocked it out of the park. By the time we had our last session. He was able to not react to multiple dogs running all around him and playing. I was amazed. Julie is so great at what she does. I can really see how much she loves what she does.I cannot thank her enough.

We brought our puppy in for some basic training and we have noticed a huge difference in his attitude and behavior! All the staff is super helpful! You definitely get what you pay for!

We are very happy with the results from taking our two French bulldogs to K9 Culture for three weeks of individual and joint training. They worked with each of the dogs individual training needs and then brought them together for joint training. They not only helped our dogs learn and respond to multiple commands but also with our males reactivity to other dogs and distractions. They helped build not only the dogs confidence but ours too in helping us to better communicate, handle, and better understanding the cues. K9 Culture sent daily emails called "Pupdates" with video and a write-up of the training activity and write-up of their progress. We want to thank K9 for all their efforts to help all of us be better as a family unit. We want to give special thanks to Kayla, Juan, Charles, the grooming team, and the reception staff for being friendly, professional, and helpful with everything!

    Beemo working!

We took our 18 month Rottweiler, Beemo, here for K9 Culture's board and train program while we were on vacation. We wanted to put him through training because we taught him basic commands, but he was easily distracted (and wouldn't listen) when other dogs or humans were around. We just picked him up and are about to start group classes with him and he is doing great! Kimberly and the K9 Culture team were great with Beemo and we loved getting our daily Pupdates with pictures, videos and his report card for the day! We look forward to getting him into the advanced classes once we master the basics. We visited a handful of other locations, but this was by far the cleanest and biggest, do yourself a favor and set up a consultation and check them out!

Does the cost vary? I have a 5 month old pup who I want to learn basic commands, on and off leash, separation anxiety and just being able to still respond while around other dogs since I do want to be able to go to dog parks. what's package is that?

Thank you for reaching out, and yes, the cost does vary. It sounds like you have several things going on with your pup outside of basica obedience. We would need to meet your dog to give you a better idea on a proper recommendation for a training… Read more

We informed them it was spelled wrong and they 'corrected' it as BISKIT... 2) We brought a sample in containing a worm and asked them to look at it. They called back and informed us that the sample tested negative. We were confused and asked for clarification on what exactly was tested? They said they didn't find anything. We reiterated that we brought in a sample containing a worm so how would there not be anything found when a worm was in the sample? They said they would go check again, and called back and said 'yepp there's a worm and 3 parasites'... 3) Called and they were confused because there were two dogs with the same first name and last name but spelled differently. We informed them that yes, that was your staff that incorrectly spelled her name TWICE so they ended up making two separate accounts which lead to confusion on their end anytime we called... 3) Fast forward about 6 months later, we received email reminders for her checkup. We called to make an appt and was told there was no record for a Biscuit in their system.... so how are we receiving emails? We have been there 4 times how are there no records? Receptionist got extremely rude and kept asking 'are you sure this is the right vet?' after we informed her for the 3rd time this was the correct vet, we have been there multiple times, and you are the one sending us emails. We told her either name it could be under and she continued to tell us there was no record but that someone with our dog's name did have the same last name, but a different first name... the spouses name was also the same name we had given them...the same phone numbers and the same emails....but you couldn't 'find it' and had 'no record?'.... 4) Told them we are done with this vet and their incompetence, and asked them to send over her records which we still have yet to receive.

I believe if this is change is made that this location would be a good place to go. Also leaving the original post so this update actually makes sense*** I took my dog to this place over christmas this year and when I picked her up she was covered head to tail in a very serious staff infection. I am not sure where she picked her up and there was no way to be certain, but what I can say is that there is no way that they could have over looked this. If they had contacted me we might have been able to start meds sooner. When I took her to the vet I was getting asked questions to help streamline her treatment, but when I called they would only keep telling me that the manager was in a meeting and would call me as soon as possible. This is the excuse I got the next day too. So far the manager hasn't called me. Edit: To be clear (in response to Brian) I don't think it was caused by the stay there, but it did get significantly worse to the point that it would be impossible to not notice it. The only way it could happen is if nobody spent a lot of time with her, which was a service that I did pay for.

We got a call a few hours after we dropped her off that she died during surgery. this was a puppy who was up-to-date on her shots, had just had a checkup, and was in overall good health aside from the breathing issues. She was young, happy, full of life, and healthy. We were horrified after receiving the call and went down to the vet as soon as possible to see her one last time. She was lying on the table still... lifeless. When we left the vet came to us and gave us the bill. She said she took $300 off for killing our dog. so they still charged us $350 and now an extra $160 for the cremation services. my wife and I were stunned. They killed our dog and charged us $500 for it? We essentially paid them $500 to kill our healthy, sweet puppy. I've never dealt with more cruel, greedy, awful people in my life. I'm sure they've moved on and are just happy to have gotten paid for their "service". If you love your pets, I implore you to go somewhere else. There was no accountability taken for what was done. Our puppy is dead, and that's that. On top of that. A dog had been hit and was being taken back into the operating area, and my wife and I received glares from multiple employees there like we were inconveniencing them by being there.
