However, on wedding day my MOH had to reach out because it was past the time frame they said they would arrive and it was getting close to our contracted start time. Apparently Ramy was driving from afar that day, which is fine but we wished he communicated with us about a potential delay so we weren't worried about a no-show. Ramy eventually arrived and started setting up, and though our wedding party wanted to be the first at photo booth (they knew the start time), sadly it wasn't ready when they looked over. As the couple, we were occupied but want to believe that it was ready shortly after the agreed time. Besides this incident, Ramy was great with our guests who enjoyed the photo booth experience.
