It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I am now going to have to have major revisions done ($$), if not the entire procedure done for a second time. After multiple second opinions, hearing her suggestions to fix the problem (admitting there was a problem) left me feeling very uneasy and frightened to have her do more to my body. Also, she was trying to charge me MORE money for a shoddy solution. I've even expressed a desire to have some sort of refund or partial refund and she has ignored me. My belly button is literally lot in the middle of my stomach anymore (tummy tuck), the scar and incision is so uneven on one side of my body that my skin over hangs it. Can wear some clothes. Also, expect for her to be an hour behind. Regret this entire process.
