Trust me, you want someone who's not only good at their craft but also real with you. My hair is jet black with left-over blonde highlights and the end with hella damage. I've been coming to Cindy for a few years now and I love the way she cuts my hair because she gives it volume and definition. Last year she did my balayage and I loved it! Since it was my first time ever bleaching my hair I asked her to do something lighter than my virgin hair color (black) but not blonde either. She gave me a subtle light color yet not too much of a drastic change! It was the perfect chocolate brown color.
