Checked out Hair mosaics based on a recommendation from a friend. I started off with just a trim with Briahana. She was super friendly and did a great job cutting my hair. I had mentioned wanting a bayalage and she recommended me to her friend who also works at Hair Mosaics. Aubrey did my hair baylage with money pieces and I was so happy with the job she did. Would not return after my hair took 7 hours to do and was over processed. Asked for lighter hair and it ended up darker than when I started. She knew she made an error and tried to " fix" it. I even suggested it was going to cause damage and her co worker stepped in and said " oh we have product to put on your hair to protect it from damage" well it didn't. and when I went to another hair salon they were appalled at the damage and the mess of colors in my hair. read more

I went to Lisa to get my hair cut fixed. I had my hair cut by a different stylist at this salon and was not happy with the cut she gave me. Lisa worked MAGIC. She is such a sweetheart too! She fixed my layers and checked her work every step of the way. She even gave me a nice scalp massage when she washed my hair. 10/10 would recommend Lisa if you're looking for a fantastic, clean hair cut by a professional and kind stylist. Michelle did amazing job on my eyelashes for a wedding at the last minute. I had a very traumatic experience prior to this if you years ago it was terrified to get individual lashes put on again. Michelle made the process smooth, relaxing and stress-free. She did such a great job I am now on the books for every two weeks. Michelle is an amazing aesthetician but also a very empathetic and kind hearted person. Her genuine altruistic personality shine through which makes her even more amazing at her job. It reminds you that she cares about your skin but also your well-being which feels good. So many professionals are money hungry but not Hair Mosiac. Just today she prepped me with a facial for a night out on the town. I am very picky so if I give this place five stars, it speaks volumes ! Also, receptionist at the front desk is very friendly (who was training) I forgot her name it possibly could be Katie. Aubrey was great. She took her time and made every effort to give me a great haircut! The salon was clean and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Nothing seemed undone or out of place. Nice clean salon. Why 4 stars you ask??? Because of ONE thing..... That tip machine at the front counter. The fact that no one says a word about a service charge (for me to pay) brings this salon down greatly! The machine charges you (the customer) a service charge without mentioning it until you get into the process. A fee that to me is unnecessary! I cannot the employees like being tracked. And, just who is doing the tracking? The IRS? The owner? Employees put up with this I believe because they do not pay the fee. I however, will not put up with this. I carry cash which makes this tip a private matter between myself and my stylist. This salon, besides removing my freedom of choice, comes across as devious. To whom does this "service charge" go? Great service but terrible ethics! Beware of the tip machine! read more

Started going here because my mother has gone here for years and before I could drive I would have to sit through her appointments. Andrea and Billie are hands down the best 'haircutters' in town. Both go out of their way to fit me into their schedule when I am back in town from college. Finally, if you are on a budget this is probably not the place for you. You get what you pay for and if you tip well it adds up, but they will go out of their way for you. read more

I recently received a haircut here. The stylist (Andrea?) was knowledgeable and friendly. I called around noon for a last minute appointment that evening, but when I arrived she said she wasn't running behind and asked if I could come back in a few hours. I didn't mind at all because I had plenty of errands to run and I called last minute anyways. I was just glad to be able to get my haircut that day! She did a great job with my hair and gave me a few recommendations. It was also affordable for a high quality salon. I appreciate this salon so much! I called the salon asking for last minute chance to get hair trimming and blow dried as I had to travel the next day, the lady on the phone was very very helpful and understanding. I reached there to see a nice, clean place and then I met the hair stylist who asked me in details what I wanted and start immediately working on my hair with no delay once she knew I am In a hurry. She was genuinely friendly and did great job with my hair cut and styling. Very gentle way of handling the hair and professional work as well. They new I am traveling so they gave me a sample bags of their shampoo and conditioner for free which was awesome ( the smell of that shampoo is very nice ). After my first cut with Billie and a plan she made with me to grow my hair out I made a an appointment to come back in 7 weeks on a Monday. Not only was my appointment canceled the morning of Monday but 2 days before my rescheduled appointment Billie called me and told me she will not be cutting my hair Monday or ever again, she tried to hand me over to a #1 level stylist and stated she was reworking her plan. Sorry to say if your not in like Flynn you might get tossed around like the hair on your head. This was after my long term stylist Mandy left and I had to go with someone else. Did I mention, my long term stylist did not even contact me, I happen to call to move my scheduled appointment to find that she was gone. Not going back :( read more

Hair NIGHTMARE on first visit !! I was told about Hair Mosaics through a friend unfortunately the stylist that was recommended was booked solid. So I booked two weeks out with another stylist who was new to Hair Mosaics , she came from Ulta. Let's just say the experience was less to be desired. She showed up late and her additude was 'Bad'! It was in the morning so being optimistic and thinking maybe something happened on the way and Everyone has bad or off days ,right? It was a disaster. Uncomfortable, she didn't make much conversation and acted as if she was being put out to even show up. The color was a nightmare/disaster...BAD..BAD..!! I called and spoke with the owner a day or so later. Whom was very lovely and curtious and apologized . She said to come in and said she would get me in with another stylist to fix my hair. The new Gal did a wonderful job and as well apologized. However it was a bit uncomfortable considering the stylist that did the damage was there , she also did apologize. I am not a person to ever COMPLAIN and was rather uncomfortable doing so. It has to be extremely BAD. Which it was for me to call and talk to a Manager or owner. The Master Colorist was very polite and nice and did an excellent job. However there were extremely uncomfortable moments between her and the former stylist that did the bad job....they would go and disappear for 10 minutes at a time in the back talking at different times. Aukward. Overall it seems like a good salon . Andrea comes highly recommend!! The rest of the Gals/stylist seem wonderful as well besides the one that came from Ulta. It turned out to be a very uncomfortable first time visit and last. Should have just waited for Andrea... read more

Jeanine at Hair Mosaics cuts my hair, colors and highlights in my hair. She is a phenomenal colorist and stylist. She's consistent and she's really fun to talk to. I am about to be 50 years old and believe me I've spent some money at hair salons I can say I've never been happier than I am with Jeanine. The salon is great it's always full with busy stylists working with clients and everyone looks great when they leave - they stock the salon with great products- I can't say enough about Hair Mosaics if you want a good haircut if you want something current that makes you feel good about yourself call Jeanine first but anybody there is up to the task. read more
