What a charming little eatery. We stopped by here on a Sunday around noon. I expected it to be packed and it was just the right amount of folks to seem busyish but not jam packed. A perfect vibe. I order the skinny Belgian waffle (which is essentially the same as a regular waffle) but very tasty and house made. I had an iced tea which they also brew onsite. They have a great back patio where you can chill outside and they have a gas fire table to enjoy. Plenty of blankets should the temperature start to fade you can still be cozy. I'm anxious to come back and try more items and they have some sandwiches if you prefer a lunch item. Definitely a must stop. read more

This was a nice surprise as we found ourselves in the Amity area and wanted a bite to eat before wine tasting. We looked on Yelp for places in the area and Common Cup came up. It's a very small place in a building with some other places and has seating at a counter or on a nice patio in the back. The girls serving and preparing were very nice and the food was good. We had a mix of savory and sweet waffles. I had the reconstructed hash waffle with poached egg and. Pickled onions and arugula. If you want some more meat then the warriors version has a pork gravy. My spouse had the Benny which was two poached eggs ham and thin sourdough waffle. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Jeanne was our server and happened to be the owner. We were staying at a nearby Airbnb and were pleased to see that there was a place to get coffee less than a block from where we were staying. What a cute little coffee shop! We ordered Breve's to go but noticed that they had an extensive waffle menu with all kinds of unique toppings along with other tasty sounding breakfast items. The waffle menu is robust and includes sweet favorites like Oregon Berry which has a seasonal selection of fruits and whipped cream atop fat, fluffy, perfectly textured waffles. It's the savory choices that are standouts. The same delicious home made waffles resplendent with bacon bits and topped with poached egg, arugula and pickled onion.
