The Wynnsong Ten Cinema is in need of a technological upgrade. While my experience in the theater…read morewatching the movie was fine, the design of the theater is relatively inefficient. Out front there is a window where you would typically purchase tickets, but no one was manning the booth, so we assumed ticketing would be inside. Immediately, the smell of buttered popcorn overwhelmed me, so I went to purchase some with my group. We noticed the signs above the concession stand included the options for the various snacks, but no pricing was listed, instead it just said "ask us". When we asked generally about pricing, we were told "that's kind of a lot to go over." Well, if you had just listed them on the sign, we would not be in this predicament. Distracted by this popcorn experience, I almost forgot to buy a ticket to the movie. I asked the man serving popcorn where to purchase it, and he reluctantly said, "oh here." The staff was less than friendly, and apparently did not care whether or not you bought a ticket to the movie. As we walked down towards the individual theaters, we came across some signs that appeared to be printed from Microsoft Word that said what theater each movie was playing in. It's gone through some renovation with stadium seats & new audio in all theaters. The staff has been generous and helpful. They offer a "stimulus Tuesday" special on drinks, popcorn and candy that will remind of prices from 10 years ago (Tuesdays are a good time to go). The seats do NOT have moveable arms or reclining backs so for those who like to raise the armrest and snuggle w/their loved one or who might just need a little more room, this theater is more on the "one-seat-per-rear" order than newer theaters.
