I parked in the parking lot behind Nick's and depending when you go, you might have to pay or it will be free. Since I parked my car after 7pm on a Wednesday, it's free. I wasn't sure at first and tried paying at the parking machine and also through the mobile app but it wasn't working. It wasn't until I walked inside Pet Food Express and the worker let me know they stop enforcing the parking time limit after 5pm on weekdays.

To me that's service from the city of Pasadena. Thank you!!! Otherwise, you'll have to pay for parking. Cost shouldn't be too bad though. There are actually a few blocks of shops and eateries that pertain to South Lake Avenue. Selections are fantastic. I haven't visited all of them. Here are a few mentionables... Plenty of food options here. One of my favorite is Ding Tai Fung, also the Nagi ramen place is another good choice. If you have room for dessert, the Japanese cheesecake at Uncle tetsu is a place I stop for sweets. Plenty of parking, there is usually a lot of parking available at the structure by AMC and Bowlero.

My favorite place in the mall is the Hello Pottery and the bakery upstairs near the Gap. The massage people upstairs could do a little better but I guess because I'm pregnant they didn't want to put too much pressure on me. I felt like they rushed my massage at Diamond massage since it was close to closing time. I have yet to see the entire mall but I loved one of their Korean skincare stores I got a few items, the old navy is nice, Nordstrom employees helped me and told me about my bag that I got how to care for it, the Din tai fung was my first time going and nice. The service in the stores I stepped into was friendly and low pressure which made the experience even better. Prices felt fair for the area and there is something for different budgets. Everything was clean and the storefronts were inviting. The bright red telephone booth is such a fun prop for pics and definitely adds to the vibe. It is a cute stop if you are already in the area and want something low key and easy.

It's archway is very quaint and romantic. There are a few charming shops and restaurants. Parking is in the back on Green St... not 100% sure if it's free. Free street parking is on Colorado Blvd at this time. However, they already have a pay parking station right in front of Arcade Lane. It's not active yet until sometime in 2026. It's coming... The parking garage is $2 an hour (which seems reasonable) and very handy to the property. It was at night but I felt perfectly safe inside. The spaces are large enough for my SUV and the garage is well-lit and everything is labeled. The payment is made before getting into your car, which means you're not tied up trying to get out while the person ahead is fumbling for a credit card and can't figure out how to insert it correctly. It's a fine parking garage.
