The company offers home/office service visits, but we frequently drop off our towers/laptops for maintenance. Turnaround is very speedy. Visiting Geeks delivers sage advice on upgrades (when needed) and does solid repair/maintenance what's more, they can do the research/shopping for you and will tailor a system appropriate for your personal needs/use. Visiting Geeks is happy to recycle (for you) older/disabled systems so you don't have to wait/take to your town's 'computer/monitor' recycling day, and even refurbishes newer systems for resale (perfect and less expensive solution for school aged kids or the casual computer user not requiring the latest and greatest in technology). Travel to Merrimac, MA (should you live a distance away like we do) should be figured into overall repair costs, but we are very satisfied with the service, advice and support we get from Visiting Geeks. When/if something goes wrong (which frequently happens with computers/technology), Visiting Geeks fix it to the best of their ability.
