I found them in town and called them at noon Monday. 23 hours later, before noon Tuesday, I picked up my machine with a new cooling unit installed. And they had to order the part! My machine is running like the beast it should now. Greg was fantastic to talk to. Everything was clear and easy. Great communication from Greg. It is so valuable to have a place you can trust right in town. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Three weeks later, I went to the store in person only to find a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be back until September. At that point, there had been no communication, no updates, and no way to reach anyone. It has now been four months. I still do not have my computer, no clear explanation of what's going on, and no way to get in touch. My kids have been asking about it, and it's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after paying upfront. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.

Shortly after, I received multiple calls saying the part was defective, then that they had found another screen and the repair was back in progress. When I finally picked up my phone, a different employee sarcastically said, "Hope that didn't take too long for you." After all the inconvenience, I would have appreciated simply getting my phone back without the attitude. Safe to say, I will not be recommending this location no matter the situation. Geek Squad, do better.

Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Denial cannot. video attached of the flickering and glitches

Despite the relative ease of the fix, Zack was very cordial when I called, and at the store he was naming parts in my custom rig before I even pointed them out. He even offered to hit my PC with the air compressor at no charge (well, at the expense of the clean countertops,; I'm embarrassed to admit I had not dusted my PC in years). I love a local business that knows their stuff. I'll be coming back in the future if I have any other issues beyond me.
