In addition to that, it's nice to have more to choose from than just your standard black, navy, & gray. In addition to charcoal, white, & tan, there are even more unconventional colors like sky blue, salmon, & green. (I can attest to rocking these peculiar colors). Perhaps what's also pretty clutch is the fact that I can rent to pick-up in one location, use it, then return it at any Men's Wearhouse location. Case in point, I needed a suit for my niece's Confirmation. I was able to pick up my suit from my home location (in L.A.), go to the ceremony in San Diego, then drop it off at a location in S.D. Marvin couldn't have been any nicer. As soon as I walked-in, he happily greeted me & took care of my return. In addition, he didn't hesitate to answer any + all of my questions. The cherry on top? My sizes are saved in their database for all of my future rentals. & their sweet rewards program doesn't hurt either. Thanks, Men's Wearhouse (especially Mira Mesa).

When we did get help, the worker didn't even size my fiancé's tuxedo. He told us that we should come in later when the manager was there to size my fiance. If you work in a suit/tux store, you should know how to know how to do the measurements. Fine whatever. We come in later that day to get measured from the manager. We checked in with the same worker who helped us before. He told us the manager is running late. Fine sure. We went over to the cafe in Barnes and Nobles to grab a coffee and came back. The manager was still not there. Please note, it's been another 30 minutes. We saw other customers getting helped and measured. I'm not sure if we were being discriminated against or if it was truly busy. We were given side eyes by a few employees before finally receiving help from a lady. I don't remember her name but she was super helpful. Unfortunately we did not purchase a tux from this establishment due to poor service.

On the other hand there has always been something about this MCX that has been a little off to me. This weekend I finally put was able to put my finger on what exactly that was. The first thing about this MCX is that it is oddly laid out. The building is wider than it is deep, and this lends itself to a strange feeling layout to the store and it's various departments The other thing is the registers are strangely located, and there are very few of them, so even when the MCX isn't very busy it takes a while to get through the checkout line. The last thing is the hours. Maybe they're exactly the same as other bases that I've been on, but the hours here seem very strange. They don't seem to make a lot of sense, and they seem to close very early. Also, the barber shop here it closes at unreasonable hours all the time. The complex itself is also not super convenient to get to, and it's pretty spread out once you get inside of it, with a lot of medians between the different avenues and lanes you're going to try to get to. So yeah, not the best MCX not the worst MCX.

I'm confused how a receipt from 4/29/2026 is considered old, especially when it was presented within the store's return timeframe. The receipt issue was clearly due to how it was printed, not anything I did as a customer. Instead of trying to help find a solution, I was simply told the return couldn't be processed and had to be done as a store credit for a lower price. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience.

The sales are always a great value, sometimes you can get things for two dollars to four dollars to even $10. When they are busy, they always have great staff who are efficient at the registers. There's always carts available as well when you enter the store. The only issue I have had over the past few years is their dressing room availability. I always have to wait a long time to get a dressing room even when they're not busy. there's ample parking in the parking lot. This is definitely my favorite Burlington location in San Diego.
