Target has so many Hello Kitty merch! I tried really hard to have willpower but couldn't resist the cute merch calling out my name. I was good and managed to leave the store with only one sweatshirt and 2 plushies. I'll be back another day!..... On my way to my mom's house just before the holidays I decided to stop by target to grab a few things for her neighbors, as a gesture. What better place than Target for a wide selection that can check a lot of boxes, right? Wrong. Sure it's the holidays and the crowds are extreme, but this is not Target's first time navigating this time of year. This store felt unprepared and had very little control managing the crowds and the place felt picked over. Sure, it was the end of the day (after work) but Target hasn't grown to the size they are for no reason. By now I'd think that they'd be able to handle the holidays much better. No complaints! Love the drive up service. It really makes it convenient to pop some things in the virtual cart, pay, and then pick them up when it's convenient. I love how easy it was to extend my pickup window due to being sick. With a touch of a button in the app, I was quickly able to extend a Saturday pickup to a Tuesday pickup. I'm usually buying flour, produce, medicine, or other baking supplies. The baking stuff is kind of on the pricier side, and the produce doesn't seem to be all that great, hence the 4 stars. The people are friendly and the Modelos are seemingly always on sale. Ayyyyyyyeeeee! There's also several other businesses and a Raising Cane's in the same lot. Thanks Target folk! When checking out. Gave the cashier a $50 target gift card. She admitted she scrapped off the last two numbers. She asked another employee what to do. She said to call the 1-800 number. I asked to speak to a manger. They refused three times. The managers are there to help when the employees don't know what or how to handle a situation. The one employee ran away like she was in trouble which neither were. Told them both I refuse to call the number, since I was there. I am a kidney transplant patient and I am not supposed to deal with the stress, since I had the transplant a few weeks ago. If me new kidney fails. So was there for a pokemon drop and I was with my son who had his own money was counted as a person but apparently one of the products everyone wanted was told they didn't have many so was told the reason he was skipped by the manager Carlos was he did t have many left and that was his reason! I gotta say this stores layout is a little funky I feel like I am always lost or constantly looking for things in random aisles. I am really not a big Target person to be honest so when I go I am typically going for something specific. But this parking lot also sucks it is always packed! I love doing the car pick up thing, it is so quick and easy and makes it so you don't need to go in and spend more than you want to. When you buy 114.00 worth of goods and realize you need to return a few of those items, you go back to the store, receipt in hand and ask for a refund you purchased less than 2 hours early and the store says the computer has no knowledge of any purchase and you can not return the products,you again show the receipt, show the products, but the malfunctioning computer denies you bought anything and the sales staff including the manager, plus a goon who is standing to protect her from this little Ole grandma you realize this Target is feckless, incompetent, and ignorant. I wonder why this Target has such clutter and disorganized and just have such poor quality store. Target was supposed to be an experience and this Target is such a disappointment. You question why, and it's because they have such bad management. My visit was great at Target , was super cool just perfect for these hot days, all while you can get a refresher at Starbucks! Super cool ! My return experience was a 1 but Carlos quickly turned it over to a 10 !! I didn't have my receipt and paid cash , I did however put my number in for my original purchase . I thought that if I made a return without a receipt they would be able to locate my purchase . Return said not possible but can do store credit at the sale price ! No thanks ! I'll be back . I'm really conflicted with this review because while I love shopping at Target, this location is tough for me. Despite living less than a mile from this location, it takes me forever to get here because of Mira Messssssssss Boulevard. It seems that no matter which direction you're coming from there are a minimum of 5 traffic lights that you have to endure and it also seems that there is a complete lack of synchronization between the lights. So, basically what should be a 5 minute drive ends up being 15-20 minutes. It is mind numbing. The parking lot is also kind of weird. Despite the parking lot being quite large, it seems that there are never many spots located close, but you don't realize that until you go up and down several aisles. Usually, I end up parking over by Hobby Lobby and then walking over. Sometimes that is better for me. Once inside the store, it is quite large with a good assortment. This Target is super clean, with friendly associates that are helpful. There are about 8 Self-Checkout Registers if you like that. If not, then there are plenty of registers with associates waiting to cash you out. As I mentioned, the selection of products is outstanding. Whether you're looking for seasonal products or day-in/day-out products, there is always something fun for everyone and while you're not getting dollar store prices, there is a good value for what you're shopping for! I go to this Target because it is the closest to me, but it is a difficult experience. I'd almost rather drive 10 miles to go to Sports Arena or Mission Valley. Those are known entities to me, even if they're not always better. read more

*This review is for the bathroom only* I came on a Sunday afternoon, and the women's bathroom smelled so bad I was gagging. I walked out and tried the family restroom. That one also smelled bad and was completely clogged with tons of visible toilet paper and seat liners. I came out and happened to run into an employee who was taking out the trash. I couldn't help but mention how unusable the bathroom was, and he made a note of it. I asked if there was another restroom in the store, and he said there wasn't! I held my breath and ran into the women's restroom to wash my hands and then ran out again. I hope your bathroom experience is better! read more

A known name in San Diego... Joy and I had lunch nearby. She saw this Target and wanted to look at the Starbucks cups. I just wanted to use the restroom... LOL! We walked in and went our separate ways. When I was done, I found her at the Starbucks located inside of this Target. I found a bunny tumbler - part of the Spring 2022 Collection. It was 75 percent off!!! I had to get it for $3.74 plus tax! What a deal! We also looked at Bullseye's Playground - the items are $1 to $5. Bargain prices! I always have a consistent shopping experience here. The store is clean and well-lit, with plenty of parking. The employees can be hit or miss, but generally friendly and willing to help. The check-out process could be a bit faster to be honest. I noticed several of the employees not only making conversation with the customers while checking them out, but actually stopping to pause and continue the conversation instead of working and talking at the same time. This is just a small issue of mine, as I was in a bit of a hurry this week and had expected to check out a little faster than I did (with only a few people in front of me and to either side). Decent selection of products for good prices, but not cheap quality where you feel like you're buying garbage. Items have always been top-notch; that's why I keep coming back here for a few cents more than traveling to Walmart in the next town over. read more

Under no circumstances do you speak to the AT&T reps. Obviously sales pitches come with an incentive to close, but this was too much. My family was hit with over $1700 of lump sum fees that we were specifically assured would be available on payment plans. The rep input the contact information incorrectly so we have no digital access for the next month. We were also apparently supposed to receive gift cards for each phone. The rep also called my mom clearly mistaking her for a date he had and it was very uncomfortable. Having access to our phone numbers on his personal phone is.... a lot. The customer service here is very friendly. They're very helpful and welcome me to their store. Overall it is a very nice store. I've never been to a place where I made a mistake on a purchase date. They helped me out. Overally they didn't give me a hard time. They were very helpful, especially showing me where to find the item and wasn't rude. Unlike Claremont target when you ask them or something else, they should say all the sections over there, but don't wanna help you been here many times, but they seem like they don't have a problem with their stock always lots of yugioh cards in here. Customer Service 10 out of 10 in here they really like to help people they're very smart and not uneducated like Claremont target staff especially when I ask for price matching they told me if it doesn't show up then you'll just have to pay the regular. Hi, this is my second time writing a review to this target but this time, I am a new mother. I am currently enrolled in the WIC program and are still learning the ropes on how to use it. Before checking out, I used the WIC scan items that is available on the WIC app, to see which items are eligible. I completed my shopping for WIC and proceeded to check out but ended up having a balance due and didn't know why. I ask the cashier if she can help me figure out which items got charged so I can just return it because I didn't want to pay for them. But instead, the cashier gave me a rude tone of voice and said "well I don't know" and slams my receipt on the counter. Looking through my receipt and surprised at what just happened by asking ONE question as a new mother. I ended up purchasing the items because this cashier embarrassed me with a customer and her kid behind me. This worker has short hair and clips her bangs to the side, she is also part of the older group and is Filipino. In my first review about this target, was that a worker accused me of stealing grapes as I was checking it out. And to be honest, I think this is the same worker and I wouldn't be too surprised. She is rude to customers and does not have professional customer service skills. What she have against me? I'm Filipino as well! read more

This review is for the Target bathroom. Mostly all Targets have this challengr. Who thought that see through peep unflushed bathroom stalls is okay,? Privacy is essential in the bathroom. It's uncomfortable for everyone and must violate some type of privacy act. The ventilation is poor and there is always the aroma of "smells." Toilet paper is typically gone and the bathroom checks do not match the cleanliness of them bathroom. Target is currently remodeling and I hope this will be taken into consideration for customer value. read more

I used the Target App to make a purchase and then I used the drive up (pick-up) for the first time.....the order pick-up in conjunction with the app went flawlessly! I am impressed. As I pulled up I saw an employee standing next to the drive up location with my package. They actually ask if they can place in in your trunk for you. From the purchase using the app all the way through was awesome. Only "maybe" issue is that I see the corner of the package appears to have been either dropped or hit by something. Pics attached. I would highly recommend using this feature during the Covid-19 event. Overall a very good experience and hopefully my product is in tact. read more

This was the worst experience I have had with social distancing shopping. I ordered online. Not a problem. They were out of one item. Again, kinda expected. No big deal. The app, quite easy to use. It knew I was there. The issue. The employee. The one who is the face of Target. The one and only interaction between my money and the store. Utter fail on this person. Or this hour. I showed her my code as required. I had my ID out, as the app said I had to. She didn't check it. Instead she literally threw the bag (with force) into the car, nearly hitting my elder father. No apology or I didn't mean to. She totally chucked it. And it was a heavy bag. It had a Tide Pods container in it. Then the lady next to us, had to tell her; she didn't have her entire order. I thought maybe I imagined or over thought the exchange. And my friend, as we were driving away. "That was so rude". My dad, "She was a total b*^*%, why would she throw that at me? Or anyone" I call to speak to the manager. As we are driving away, and obviously someone needs to speak to this employee immediately. She's being rude, maybe she needs a potty break, maybe she's thirsty or hungry... but whatever it is she shouldn't be facing customers. I call the manager on duty. Who was nice enough. But she couldn't seem to understand I didn't give a wink about the item that was o it of stock, I was calling about her absurdly rude employee. Even though that what I started with. The manager has a $5 gift card waiting for me. My friend, says she'll never use the service. I'm thinking I'll never use that target again.. the one closest to my home. I'll travel far and wide for customer service. Maybe where they don't throw things at you. read more

She was first helping another customer find something when I approached her as they were finishing, there was no hesitation in helping me find a jacket & not only that, but she secured the sale by helping me decide between sizes. 0/10. The employees were SO rude and unwilling to help. Me and my friend got insulted by an employee with passive agressive comments to our face and curse words when she thought we couldn't hear. My friend was waiting outside the dressing room and got called a BRAT by the employee for "standing there and saying nothing". When we came back later, the employee who was being rude called us "little shits" for no good reason when we were just browsing clothes. I had to ask TWICE to get a dressing room and was treated coldly. Their ignorance and rudeness was unacceptable and it ruined our overall experience in the store, we will NOT be coming back. read more

This target is alright but going downhill. They never have items I want in stock. They are in the process of removing self checkout which is so annoying and stupid but I get that is a corporate decision. They allow solicitors out front which is always so awkward when trying to get into the building. And a few months ago I wanted to use the nursing room which is in the fitting room but the employee didn't have the key, didn't know who did and did not offer to help me further so I left the store. I find myself coming here less and less. read more

This location doesn't honor the Target Price Match guarantee. I had full receipts of 2 purchases and full screenshots of these items on sale for 40% and 30% off. I was told that in order for the price to be matched, I had to bring in the original items, return them, and buy them at the new prices. This is NOT what the website states. Target's website details clearly that receipts and ads are all that are required. Who is going to lug their purchases back to the store for this?!? I'm incredibly disappointed. read more
