What a great place for the military and retired military to shop. Lots of great items and always some sort of sale or discounted items inside. Today I saw some really cool new Ugg boots and they had a scratcher card. It's almost always 5% off but hey...its a discount. I like to browse through the clothes and find work outfits. Today I saw their of my corkers! What are the odds!

Great value, professional sales personnel, and a safe, clean environment to shop! Huge parking area with available spots and a very diverse inventory of products! Highly recommend.

I'm going to call the Manager and make sure he doesn't get away with gauging Marine patrons and their counterparts.

Today 9/20/18 I drove about an hour to get here. I usually get my family's shoes here. I don't usually purchase unless there's a sale going on. Today, practically all the shoes were on sale, as the signs indicated 20% off. When I asked the lady in the shoe Dept. to scan 2 pairs of shoes, she told me none of them were on sale. Clearly, 20% signs all over your shoe Dept. A customer passing by whispered to me, that the clerk will make the 20% adjustment at the register. Sure enough, no sale price showed up and I had to encourage the clerk to look it up. New Balance kids shoe was in fact 20% off. Whew! Now the Under Armour Woman's HOVR SONIC had an MSRP of $100 but rang up at $102.99!!! LOL! This exchange is trying to charge its Patrons ABOVE manufacturers suggested retail!!!! MILITARY PERSONNEL and DEPENDENTS, B E W A R E ! Our families do not need to pay more than our civilian counterparts. I know these people (Directors, Buyers, etc) think they do us a favor by not charging us taxes but no way is that ever going to predicate my reason to purchase on the base. I Walked out on those shoes even though the Manager told the clerk to reduce it to MSRP of $100. That was a big slap in the face! LOL! So now I suppose I'm supposed to feel better! HA! I just looked at my receipt and to add insult to injury, ALL RUBBERMAID PRODUCTS are also 20% off! Guess what! The discount was NOT taken off at the register! Shame on this MARINE CORPS EXCHANGE! I'll head to the NEX on 32nd street and hope they are not in business to pull these same tactics on our unsuspecting military families. Especially the younger couples with little kids, just starting out. Buyer beware! MCX MIRAMAR NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED for unfair practices! I won't be back! UPDATE: Same shoe at NEX was $54.00

Like Hello Kitty/Sanrio, Snoopy, Miffy, Monchichi, Pokemon, and so much more. The plus side is there are so many choices all in one place. The downside is the prices are very very expensive. A blind box that is normally $25 elsewhere could be $40. So be prepared to spend some money! The 2 ladies who owned the ship were very nice and super attentive.

This little variety store is filled with treasures to satisfy your Sanrio, Labubu, Sonny Angel collections, plus more and they even carry Pokémon cards. Haha Fashion keeps their stock up to date with the latest trends. I spotted Mini Labubus for $50, along with plenty of blind box goodies and clothing accessories for Labubu lovers. I got my Labubu some crocs here for $10 and it came with the cutest charms. Prices run a bit higher, but you're paying for convenience compared to ordering from the official source like PopMart, which often sells out. The staff were very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many L/XL options they have, hard to find plus sized vintage. unfortunately I didn't feel welcome here at all & not sure i'd be back. there wasn't a ton in my size so maybe they felt I didn't belong, i'm not sure. I apologize if my sunglasses were off putting but I have light sensitivity- just got the feeling of being watched. I hope next time you can provide a kinder environment for plus sized persons :)

She made it a point to make eye contact with them and said "welcome in" with a smile to every single person -- .... But not me. I didn't receive a hello or a welcome or a smile, which wasn't a big deal to me at first, until I immediately became aware that every single other person received some kind of a warm, inviting hello who came in after me. She also always seemed to be watching me moreso than anyone else......which I thought was a bit odd as well Mind you, I am Half Mexican/Half Black and all the other girls/1 guy who walked in were all Asian or White, so I must assume my ethnicities are the reason I was initially ignored :( Regardless of the difference in treatment, I still purchased my items from the store, because I'm already inside and I like what I like, ya know? Usually I would walk out when I notice other people get treated different than me, but I decided to not let it bring me down this one time. BUT - did it hurt my feelings to visibly see how other people were treated in a way different than me. Of course, it really hurt my feelings to be honest. I believe everyone should feel welcomed into a shopping space - and from a business standpoint, everyone should be treated equally. While it might seem like a small thing, it represents a much larger value, which is the reason it's important for me to bring up. If I'm literally the only 1 out of 7 people who is treated a certain way, well that's a pretty obvious sign that something is wrong right there. It hurt and made me feel sad after I reflected back on the experience. *Overall, I was really excited for this place, so it's a shame I left feeling the way I did. And who knows, maybe I will come back considering I'm all for 2nd chances, but it's hard to say at this moment. ---------------------------------------------- Response to Owner's Comment: Thank you for responding, but unfortunately I'm now confused. When I brought it up to you in the store, you said I didn't get any acknowledgment because you were "maybe in the back" - but now you're saying that it's because you were observing the other 2 girls who were already in the store when I came in???....so which is it? I'm sure you can understand how it's a little hard for me to accept your apology when I'm receiving two different reasons? Were you in the back or were you observing people? How can I accept an apology when you don't even know the reason you initially ignored me? ---- To say that you were unable to speak to me and welcome me in because you were looking at something is quite silly, and doesn't make any sense. Considering that didn't stop you from acknowledging all the other 6 people who came in after me. Besides, your store is one room. If you're looking at a customer, you're basically also looking at the front door. The logic isn't quite adding up. It's quite easy to observe something while simultaneously acknowledging someone. I'm sure you were preoccupied with something every time a new person came in, but you showed them the respect of still acknowledging them. I'm the only one who didn't receive that respect. Do you know how hurtful it is? :( ---- While you also are a minority, I as a light-skinned brown girl, was clearly shown different treatment from the asian women who stepped into the store. I appreciate you writing back to me, but unfortunately I can't accept an apology at this time if it doesn't appear to be truehearted, especially if you're giving me different reasons about why it even happened. That just doesn't make sense. Warm regards
