Told me it was cooked fresh which is why it took so long. Unfortunately this burger was colder than the first one, no way it was fresh. I've worked in the food industry for 9 years, there is absolutely no way that burger was fresh because the patty was ice. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me the same burger honestly. However, I just wanted the refund for my burger. I had already ate the tots and my daughter and had ate her food too. At first they tried to get me to give all the food back when we had already ate it, I simply stated 3 times I just wanted the burger refunded I'll pay for everything else. I was told by the young guy there to pull around to the front and he called his manager. He said "we can't refund all your food".
