The food is amazing and hot and I love the food there the coffee is amazing. The service is amazing and I highly recommend going there.

Hello everyone! Do you know what the McDonalds workers really go through besides the food there?? Well if you piss off certain managers they "forget" to put their workers BEST WORKERS on the schedule.... No money for small issues? Firstly, the place always stinks of urine. The bathrooms aren't even clean. Second, the service is very slow. The employees are pretty rude most of the time. When I go through the drive through, they never have a good attitude and usually have a bad tone. Lastly, but most important, I got a cheeseburger today, and when I first bit into it, it tasted fine. As soon as I started chewing the burger was very salty and the bun was hard. I found pieces of sharp plastic that poked my gums. The experience was painful and just ridiculous. One of the pieces of plastic were very big. I also found these little things in the patty of my burger that were stretchy and rubbery. Probably won't ever order here again. read more

I'd just like to thank everyone who currently works at this McDonald's. I won't lie, I have made some of the most outrageous and annoying orders. Ya'll have made everything with great quality and service, and you guys never forget anything on my order. I'm a sucker for coffee, more specifically frappes, and it sucks that there isn't a Starbucks in jesup. I stopped going to Dunkin because they always mess up my orders, are inconsistent with their products, and have questionable service. Ya'll are my #1 go-to coffee spot in jesup. This Mcdonalds is connected to a conv store and when you walk in there is the worse smell ever. Asked what that smell was and cashier told me bug spray in ceiling to kill bugs. OMG is this place disgusting and the staff are not nice and do not say thank you or even say hi. One of the worse McDonalds ever been to. Never get food correct or missing food. read more

Let me start by saying I placed a mobil order and had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my food. As I am standing here waiting for my food one of the ladies up front took a phone from a customer who she knew so she could talk to someone on the line. Then she casually decided to start cussing about how she can't stand the boss for not letting her go on her break and f*** this place. I am very disappointed in the McDonald's here in Jesup, Georgia. I took my grandson there recently when they reopened after their big remodel. The play area for kids has been totally removed and the restaurant is stark, cold and just plain unwelcoming. I was told by an employee that the play area was removed due to covid19. Now I understand that due to covid19, they didn't want to mess with the kid's play area. Why didn't they just keep it locked until this virus is controlled? They didn't increase the area of the restaurant by removing the play area. It was just removed and replaced with landscaping outside. The restaurant itself looks like a prison cafeteria. And to top it off, when I went there, the milkshake machine STILL doesn't work! I've been trying to get a chocolate milkshake from that McDonalds for years!! Every time, the machine is always out of order. Lol - I give up. The food isn't that good anyway and with no play area, why bother going there anymore? read more

UPDATE: They have open 24/7 on their window but they close at 10:30-11 and won't open the window or let you in. Maybe they should change the sign They NEVER get orders correct. I go there AT LEAST once a week on the way to work cause it's convenient but EVERY time they get something wrong. They claim to be open 24 hours but if you go there at 1am on a Friday they won't serve you. Whether or not they are actually open who knows. There are employees inside but they won't take your order or acknowledge you are at the window if you pull up. I tried calling, the first time I called the line was busy, called back a few minutes later and someone answered after about 10 rings. I said hello a couple times and they didn't answer and they hung up after about 15 seconds. There was also an employee outside in the stock building talking on a cellphone, when I pulled up to him and he seen me roll the window down (I was going to ask if they were open or not) he shut the light off really quick and hid behind the door as if I didn't already see him. Edit: Rode by an hour later and there was a line of cars so I got in line. They were taking orders. I sat in like for another half hour. Not exaggerating. I placed my order at 2:14 and didn't make it to the window until 2:47 Another update, our order was wrong. We were given the wrong sandwich and were missing an order of large fries. The chicken nuggets had black speckles covering them and tasted burnt. I am assuming they were cooked in burnt grease. How they can rob people of their time and money I don't understand. I tried to use the mobile app and it wouldn't work so I went inside to place my order. It absolutely smelled horrible when I came through the door. There was food, trash, drinks spilled all over the drink station. Doesn't look like it had been cleaned in days. The tea was old. Employees laughing and joking like their were no customers around. So I ordered a combo meal to eat here asked if I could have my cup to get my drink as it is lunch and I have been working all morning and was actually thirsty I was told NO. Wtf is that?! Service was not slow and food was made as ordered. Although the morale of employees seemed less than happy about working here on the day of my visit. I'm going to go out on a limb and say the managerial staff is to blame for the no cup till you get your order and staffs bad morale. As I sat and finished my meal. I give this place a star only because you have to star rate to write a review.Over many ( 55+) years we have traveled across the country many times ,and eaten at hundreds of McDonald's THIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST ! More times than not the food is not fresh ,they cant get an order right to save their souls and take rude to a whole new level. I have taken food back and asked it be corrected and have actually been snapped at , loudly on occasion. I have never been there that they weren't out of something or one or more items were broken down . And they have turned iced coffee into rocket science and no one has a degree. If you complain you are informed you don't know anything about iced coffee . I was told they can't serve me iced coffee without a flavor because it's against the law . With as many years of experience and reputation McDonald's has it's a shame to see this store destroy both in one visit . My advice ... AVOID AT ALL COST read more

I ordered my meals and I noticed it was way overpriced so I was looking at my receipt and they didn't get my order correct so we went in and told them what was missing & what was wrong. After that they still didn't give me all I payed for. The lady working the drive thru was nice and she told me she would help me pay with her tip. I was very appreciative and when I went in she complained and said she wanted her money back. I wasn't coming in to complain I just wanted what I payed for. First of all it smelled awful. We are on a long road trip and I thought it would be a good idea to let the kids get out and play for a minute. The playground was so nasty I had to make them cry and get right back in he car. The gas station it was attached to smelled better and was cleaner. After taking a entire high school softball team here for the second yr in a row the service and food was terrible. Last yr we stopped in after a long wknd of playing and food was nasty, store smelt like a dumpster, and employees are rude. This yr same thing plus ice machine didnt work for the drinks so had to go next door to get ice and was charged for each cup again! Asked for the manager and worker said they didnt have time. Never get orders right. Slow rude service. Nothing ever works there. I rarely end up with fresh food. Today I ordered 5 McChicken sandwiches plain...they were not plain. Kept trying to add apple pies but she kept interrupting me so she didn't hear me and of course they had to be ordered separate. read more
