I came by for the free Baroque & Brew live music hour on August 12, and it was absolutely packed. I had never visited this venue before and despite how crowded it was, it was beautiful. It was really nice to see the sunlight come through on the daytime with the open roof concept. The music was a lovely experience as well. I really enjoyed it. Given how packed it was, I stood the entire time, even though I had gotten there probably 15 minutes before the show started. There was a huge line for the coffee when I arrived that didn't let up until halfway through the show. They are doing this again in September and I would recommend if you are in the area. The only thing that would have made it better would have been less people given the amount of chatter and distraction of people walking by. I'm curious as to what this venue looks like in other set ups and at different times of the day because it is beautiful, what a nice spot in San Francisco.

This is one of the most beautiful venues I've ever been in! What a treat to spend an evening here. We came here for a work celebration and had the absolute best time. We all plan events for a living and this is truly a dream venue. This spot is spacious and captivating, the natural light and see thru ceiling make the vibes soft and pleasant while it's wildly elevated. The tall ceilings are so awesome, and there's tons of room for vendors, dancing, bartenders, mingling, tables, the works. The food offerings were delicious and special (I had never had caviar before coming here!), the drinks were nicely made, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. It looked like there were several areas throughout the venue to gather, so several other groups were there as well. This was definitely a "wow" experience and it's one I will remember for a long time.

What a gorgeous venue. I loved how open and spacious it felt here. There were 100+ of us here for a work party and there was plenty of space to walk around, grab a bite, take selfies at the Photo Booth vendor, and order a drink from the bar. I loved the architecture, high ceilings, and natural light coming in from the large windows and their window ceiling concept. When the sun went down, they turned the main lights off and put on some red lights which helped set the vibe for a night of dancing. The bartenders were so nice and the layout of the event was great. Loved it here!

What a venue!! Recently attended a work event at The Conservatory and it was everything. Such a stunning, bright, open, space! The vibes were elegant and classy, which provided the perfect atmosphere for our cocktail party-style evening. For this event in particular, various vendors were brought in, along with a DJ and photobooth. The bar was the centered between everything else, with plenty of high tops scattered about. Needless to say, this venue has plenty of space to support hosting all sorts of events. I'd be delighted to return here during future visits to San Fran!

This is a very elegant and chic venue and was perfect for our private event in April. Think soaring ceilings, plenty of room for 100+ folks, and friendly staff to boot. We've had private events around San Francisco in the past and this was one of my favorite venues for a large group because of the size. It somehow still felt intimate but we had room to move around freely, I didn't feel overcrowded or overheated, and the flow was excellent. The folks who work here clearly know how to run an event. If you're in the market for a venue for a wedding reception or bat mitzvah celebration, really anything kind of upscale and fun for a large group this would be an excellent option.

What a beautiful venue! I had the pleasure of attending a work event here and was really impressed by the ambiance and the service. Everyone who worked here from the servers to the coat check to the bartender to the bathroom attendant was working hard to make our night special and was so so friendly. The tall glass ceilings, marble floors, and artistic design made for the perfect backdrop. Definitely a good venue for a black tie gala or wedding. Thank you for an amazing evening!

Attended an event at The Conservatory and was amazed at the venue. Their "atrium" space is beautiful. It's got high glass ceilings, marble-look stone floors and walls, tall living plant walls, and a striking statue. They've got a stage and all of the audio/visual hookups you need for whatever type of event you're hosting. Outside vendors are allowed, and they do have a preferred vendor list.

Blown away by this venue. From the skylight, to the classy elegance, to the hospitality - everything was top notch. It's absolutely gorgeous and made for the perfect venue to host our company party, with a lively DJ and catered food. The bathrooms were clean and it's located near the finance district, so we easily walked from our hotel!

The building was a printing press back in the day, so it's a bit of a maze but that's part of the charm. I've discovered some amazing local businesses. I recently went to their February artisan food fairs, and bought some delicious food products. They had a variety of food vendors: hot sauces, honey, dips, cookies, teas, and more. As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more. There are so many fairs in the city, but the vendors here are ones that I haven't seen anywhere else. So check out their insta or their website for dates to their upcoming fairs.

I never heard of this place until a fellow Yelper brought this up to me and I said SFBox? I never heard or been in this location before and I am sure most of you never heard of this place either unless you search for history of the William Randolph Hearst printing press building so many years ago. The building was built in 1926 as a printing plant for the San Francisco Examiner. It is a nice mixed use building like a nice cozy maze to explore the nice layout and architecture of the old print shop. So upstairs about 2 floors and vendors are scattered so it's like a hunt for them, almost like a needle in haystack. Lol Well it's not that hard as you won't miss anyone. Too floor that where you will satisfy your sweet tooth . Yummy. The vendors that were there were a nice mix from tea, cheese, spices, India coffee , Turkish spreads, ice cream, giant cookies, healthy drinks, spreads, and I am sure you will find something you will enjoy. I don't normally buy stuff, but the honey , red beet, 2004 sweet land Bingdao $95 brick tea that is aged 21 years that can make 175 tea servings for $95, Il Fiorello basalmic vinegar was thick and smooth great texture and syrupy taste very captivating and Taste of Levant tahini and their chocolate jar of molasses was excellent and I had to buy them. Yummy in my tummy! Not sure if same vendors will be there again, so catch them the at your farmers market, festivals or next Eats event!

Their beer is excellent, and I've heard nothing but great things about the place and people. We visited on a Sunday and met friends, who said it took a while to get a big table for us; it was surprisingly packed! It's a large industrial brewery, with the equipment chained off at the back. They make great use of the rest of the building with large tables, small tables, bar seating/standing room, plus an arcade area, outside seating area, and a few cozy living room style areas with stuffed furniture at the back. To the right on entry is the canned beer for takeout, to the left is their large bar and impressive tap list. We mostly get IPAs, so it was fun to try their other styles like rice lagers and a barleywine, everything was excellent. Their flights are huge, basically half size goblet pours in a six rack. Prices are reasonable for the well developed beer. They also had a food vendor outside, which we loved (see separate review). I've attended multiple events at Dominic's Catering over the years--from intimate gatherings of around 40 people to large events with over 200 guests, including parties, funerals, holiday celebrations, and family events. Every experience has been outstanding. The food is consistently delicious. I've enjoyed everything from simple buffet-style meals to elegant prime rib dinners complete with sorbet palate cleansers between courses. They truly offer options for every budget, and you definitely get what you pay for. One of my favorite memories was a New Year's Eve party. After an incredible prime rib dinner and a night of dancing, they surprised everyone just after midnight with a complimentary sandwich-making station to help soak up the alcohol before guests headed home. It was such a thoughtful touch that everyone appreciated. Their Mother's Day and Father's Day brunches are also fantastic. The food is always excellent, and they have plenty of seating for large groups. Even when we've made last-minute plans, they've been incredibly accommodating. The venue itself is another huge plus. The space can be transformed to fit almost any theme. I've attended everything from elegant quinceañeras to fun jungle-themed celebrations, and each event felt completely unique. Their room rental fees are also much more reasonable than many other venues, allowing you to spend more of your budget on decorations--or simply save the money. Parking is free and plentiful, which is a huge convenience for guests. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive, making every event feel special. I will absolutely continue hosting my family's celebrations at Dominic's Catering and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, and an affordable, versatile event venue. If you'd like, I can also make it sound a little more personal and conversational, which tends to do very well on Google Reviews.

Good food court style lunch spot on south side of 101 in SSF that's more upscale than your regular cafeteria but not as comfy as dining in a typical restaurant. Seems like several of these food courts are popping up in the area, however, since there aren't that many restaurants in the biotech district. The group has already successfully launched several other spots nearby in the Oyster Point/East Grand Ave area such as Foundry & Lux and another new market hall concept with more Italian food called Riposo. Anyway, building has cool, modern architecture with plenty of parking and they serve a variety of different foods ranging from sandwiches and salads to Korean, American or Mexican cuisine. I went with the double stack smash burger and it was pretty good. The meat was moist and tasty but it was a little soggy from the geneous sauteed onions and some sort of white sauce. Comes with fries that weren't bad, not as crispy as I'd like but not too greasy either. Got sort of crowded in the main seating area when I left around 12:30 but wasn't bad when i arrived at 11:45. Also they have good amount of outside seating, too, so I think you can bring pets. But this does cater to the workers in the area so didn't see any pets while I was there and the Market Hall is only open weekdays from 11-2.

We were scheduled to have a small outdoor wedding ceremony at Mission Dolores Park, but when the San Francisco weather forecast turned "rough" just days before our April 1st date, we were in a total panic. I reached out to Carlos at the last minute, and the level of service we received was nothing short of extraordinary. Here is why you should book your next event here: Incredible Responsiveness: Carlos responded to my inquiry almost immediately and hopped on a call with me the same day to iron out the details. He made a high-stress situation feel completely manageable. Accommodating & Flexible: Even with our last-minute request, he was so generous with the timing. He allowed us to come in early at 2:00 PM to set up flowers and told us there was "no rush" to leave, letting our group stay and enjoy a drink before our dinner reservation. The Space is Stunning: We held our ceremony upstairs in a beautiful, dry, and welcoming space featuring a gorgeous mural. It was the perfect backdrop for our 10-person group--intimate, stylish, and full of character. Personal Touch: Carlos even provided his personal cell number for day-of coordination to ensure everything went smoothly. That level of care is rare.
