It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money?
